      Kudos for the video content! Forgive me for butting in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you ever tried - Genubrey Mispriced Infiltration (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a great one off guide for learning the simple trick to reduce your blood pressure minus the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my old buddy Taylor got cool results with it.

    Hi simple nursing! I just want to express my gratitude to you/your channel. I just recently passed NCLEX and I used most of your videos during my review. I work 12 hrs/shift and its really difficult to study using books/hard copies. I usually just listen to your lectures on my way to work and going home.

    Oh crap! I’m in trouble. My BP was 223/117 this morning. It stayed that way awhile. I feel normal. It’s 180/95 now. I just don’t have lots of energy. I am 74 so should I have? I have no real symptoms of having a heart attack. Very weird. Going in for several tests in September. The medical people freak out when they see my BP. I do have LBBB on ecg! No signs of having a stroke though. I must be a freak!

    • @emilyoneal8763
      @emilyoneal8763 4 месяца назад

      That is considered hypertensive crisis and you need to call a primary care physician right away. That can cause stroke or heart attack. You will probably have an adjustment of medication like beta blockers for blood pressure, ACE inhibitors or calcium channel blockers. Diet and exercise is a huge part of maintaining healthy, normal blood pressures. I am a nurse btw lol! You’ve got this!

    Hi, I'm not sure whether or not I have officially been diagnosed with hypertension, but whenever I go to the doctor's office, my heart starts pounding, and I can feel my blood pumping and rushing through my body. When they do need to take my blood pressure, one or both of my numbers are usually above the range where they should be. Recently, I have begun doing fasting/liquid diet in the days leading up to my doctor's appointments (if I had them scheduled far enough in advance), and have had much better blood pressure numbers.
