The fact that it’s only a two person band that created such and anthem is impressive enough.
I don't recall the first time I heard the song, but I do remember the first time hearing the riff as a soccer chant and thinking, hey, that's cool. It was the UEFA Euro 2008 and somebody along the way figured out that winning the tournament amounted to beating seven countries in a row, ie. defeating the armies of seven nations, but then again, maybe they just liked the riff.
Heard vocalizd by fans at many, many sports venues.
I like The White Stripes. They have some good songs!
Wonderful video & song, just love it.
I think he's talking about the weirdness in the music industry...and he's determined to make it on his own without those weirdos
Great song, the music vid makes me kinda dizzy 😲
Go Knicks!
I actually prefer a cover version of this song by Post Modern Jukebox Featuring Haley Reinhart. They put a New Orleans sound on it that works brilliantly. 👍
OH YEAH.....I GOTTA ANOTHER SONG....A NEW SONG...
THAT HAS A GOOD CHANCE TO BE YOUR THEME SONG FOR A MIN
..LOL.....
STATE OF MIND BY JORDAN RAKEI
I might have to check it out!
I'm just gonna call some non-hateful b.s. on this video. How is a human on planet Earth gonna pretend he ain't never heard Seven Nation Army?
What next? You've never heard Thriller? The Happy Birthday song? Stop the cap.
Like everyone is suppose to know this song i sure don't know it either and I'm not impressed with it either at least JJ give his honest review so keep your B.S. to yourself 🤡🤡🤡🤡
@sugarspice1689 yes, this song is ubiquitous in our society.
@@ericwarncke In your head.
@ericwarncke And??? There are plenty of songs thats is a staple in our lives but that ignorant to expect every person on this planet to know every song you feel people should of heard of. Especially the song played was never played anywhere in their lives. You can't compare THRILLER to this song. We're talking about the biggest mainstream song ever in music history. From the biggest pop star MJ ever lived Is like compare oranges to apples. JJ knows about the thriller. So you were m very rude to insult JJ because you was butthurt that your song was never heard of its not that serious
MJ was as much a hard Rock artist as a Pop artist imo, MJ incorporated harder Rock elements in his music from Thriller onward. I always felt MJ had a harder Rock style in his dance moves outside of the moon walk and some of his more hip hop moves. I always felt MJ was inspired by Mick Jaggers style of singing as much as James Brown because MJ is a tenor singer. One example is a song by The Rolling Stones titled 100 Years Ago (1973) where MJ sounds like Jagger in parts of this song, this is just one example of many. Both Jagger and MJ draw most of their inspiration from Brown. They both have a multiphonic vocals but not on the level Brown did.
