I just finished making a comic using CSP. I will watch this later to see if there was anything I should've done to make it easier. I did use some of your prior videos for assistance in the past while I was working on the project. Thanks for the awesome tutorials!
Wow great video! Idek you could do all of that in CSP! Thank you again this kinda content helps me stay motivated as a digital artist. Keep up the great work!!
Hi there Scott. Thanks so much for this. I traded in my pens and paper today and bought a wacom tablet today. I thought there may have been some suitable packaged software but no luck. But I may have found what I'm looking for here. All the best. Cheers
I’m very new to this, I’m in the middle of writing my first comic right now. I have seen a lot of people talk about Procreate but you’re the first person I’ve seen say they use Clip Studio Paint. Can you tell me why you picked that over other programs?
I started using Photoshop to make comics in, like, 2002. I switched to CSP (Manga Studio at the time) around 2014/15 because its brush engine is so smooth and its panel creation tools are SUPER handy for consistency from page to page. I also like being able to see all my panels, etc, so that's nice. Lastly, Procreate is only available on iPad, so having something that works on both iPad and Mac is great for me, since I have a nice machine and Cintiq to work at a larger scale.
Hey Scott. Thanks for unlocking CSP. Great video. Is there a way to make CSP order the panel folders from top left corner to bottom right? The default is for Manga, going from top right to bottom left. It would save a lot of clicking and dragging over a 24 page comic.
Tip... Drop, "You know" from your dialogue. It screams... amateur broadcaster, or just, inarticulate. It's also annoying for people used to professional broadcasters who just stick to a well written script.
