What is roblox?
ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. It’s unique in that practically everything on ROBLOX is designed and constructed by members of the community. ROBLOX is designed for 8 to 18 year olds, Roblox is Kid friendly, PG, Family Friendly + No Swearing but it is open to people of all ages. Each player starts by choosing an avatar and giving it an identity. They can then explore ROBLOX - interacting with others by chatting, playing games, or collaborating on creative projects. ANOTHER CONCEPT FOR EMPTY HOUSE
A teenage couple who has a newborn baby, the mom kicked out the girl after finding out she was pregnant giving her no choice to move out and take care of the baby with her boyfriend. They moved into the townhouse with finacial support from the boys mom they are so exited to raise the baby together, but something is wrong, the dad is always out late and using the "working late at work" exuse, but charlotte(the girl) knows something is wrong, she searches through his phone and finds something, now they are nonstop fighting, charlotte keeps loving her baby, while preston (boy) is still out "working late" should charlotte break up with him and raise the baby on her own? or should she keep on trying with the relashinship.

CONCEPT FOR EMPTY HOME!!
An old granny with five cats!!! She’s recently moved to lavender lane, after leaving her home in the countryside, to be closer to her grandson. (the college boy in the apartment!!) As you can imagine her home is decorated in a vintage fashion. She has an entire bedroom dedicated to her cats, and cat toys and trees and appliances are seen scattered throughout the house.
She also enjoys knitting and cooking as a hobby, so there may be knitting supplies around the house as well! She often cooks full on meals for her grandson and delivers it to him, in worry that he’s not eating enough. Through delivering the meals, she also met the college girl! She started teaching the girl how to cook, and thinks that the girl and her grandson would be the perfect match ;)).
I would love to see this concept come to life in the town! :DD

A teenager girl lives with her older brother, their parents wouldn’t care about them, they care more a lot on money. So they live alone, but they visited once a week.
The siblings has a dream to perform on a huge crowd one day, but right now they’re performing on a small crowd around the streets!! The sister likes to sing, while the brother plays guitar. Will they be a big hit singer and performers one day? We’ll see!

CONCEPT FOR EMPTY HOUSE!
A couple that got married not too long ago and just had their first child! They decided to move to Lavender Lane because they wanted their daughter to have a calm life in a small town that still had some stores and hanging out places!
They are still learning how to take care of Rose (their baby daughter) so u can tell that they struggle sometimes to feed her or change her diapers. The nursery should be a little messy, showing that they are some chaotic but still loving parents. Maybe
diapers on the floor or smt like that would def be a cute detail!

A Concept for the leftover townhouse
A teenage boy at the age 17 has recently moved into Lavender Lane to start his very own band! He chose Lavender Lane because it wasn't too far from his parents house, so whenever they wanted to visit it wouldn't be too much of a drive. Decorating his house head to toe in a dark and moody aesthetic to fit his style he had used the spare room to create a music studio. Managing to fit his drumkit and electric guitar inside he started to paint in reds and blacks to make the room have more colour. Later on he starts to create posters to put up all over Lavender Lane to promote his band, soon enough he got so many applications he now has to start piling them up all over his floor. A week later he found the perfect people to join his band, yet he doesn't know what to do with the rest of the applications so until he figures out I guess they'll stay on the floor...

CONCEPT FOR EMPTY HOUSE:
A newly wed couple, the Blooms, consisting of Jay and Violet-Rose Bloom (mayor mom rp reference!!), needed a home away from the busy city of Paris, where they met. Violet (a fashion designer), is very trendy and her house follows her style. It is bohemian, floral, and covered with plants, coutesty of her gardener husband Jay, who works in the nearby Garden Store. Their rooftop has a mini greenhouse and their windowsils have many vines, obviously with pink flowers!

Concept for the house:
A few kids found the house a while ago; now it's their clubhouse. The neighborhood children come here to hang out and relax instead of doing chores or schoolwork. The house is messy and unorderly but the kids don't really do anything about it.

CONCEPT FOR THE EMPTY HOME:
A newly married couple move from a small town to establish themselves in lavender lane for a new, calm fresh start in their lives. As the wife announces she’s pregnant, they start preparing for the baby due in 2 weeks. The baby room still has some clutter and unopened boxes of toys, and the husband is having a very hard time to build the baby bed (you can see wooden planks everywhere on the floor with nails, etc.). The wife likes the house tidy and clean so she cleans it regularly making it spotless. She likes a nice vintage aesthetic and forces the husband to let her decorate. With the daughter due in 2 weeks, they have lots on their plate. You can see paperwork on tables, baby toys here and there, etc. They are currently a bit of a mess, but are very excited to be newborn parents. The wife still tries her best to keep the house clean, even though her husband always leaves a mess. Who knows, maybe their daughter will have the best loving parents In lavender lane?

House concept!
I think this townhouse should be the house of a friend of the college girl in the apartment. This girl’s name is Paige, she is studying interior design, making her quite the aesthetic girl her style consists of light academia meaning she likes very bright homes. She now has a very luxurious house thanks to her parents wealth she lives here with her toy poodle, she loves her poodle so much that she has a bedroom for her. She also really likes baking. She has recently taken the hobby of guitar and is very good at baking, she’s now learning some of her favorite songs on the guitar such as Billie Eilish, Olivia, Rodrigo, harry styles, and as well as some of the Backstreet Boys. She has also take an interest at her friends, recent drama (the girl in the apartment) she thinks that her friend and the boy would be a perfect couple so much so she even has board full of ideas on how to make them fall in love 😍. Now I’ve talked a lot about first so I’d like to take interest in talking about her life, she’s the oldest child and two other siblings. Sadly, her younger sister passed away because of a tragic car accident a few years back, she visits her every Thanksgiving and as well as her birthday, her other siblings were too young to remember it. The youngest is April she is a 13-year-old girl who has been recently thinking about starting her music career, her other sibling is a 14-year-old boy who is really focused in his studies and has recently liked producing films because of a recent project he had at school. Her parents, Ella and Oliver recently purchased a property in the countryside. They want to be close to their daughter, but understand that if they want her to grow and have a life her own. They must make sacrifices, and let her be herself.. she’s very close to her family, which is why she has paintings of them around the house.❤

Idk if you’ll love it but I think the empty townhouse is owned by a nanny from the boy in the first apartment, since he’s distanced from his fam bcause of money and businesses he only cares for his nanny who took care of him when he’s a child and whenever his parents aren’t there for him so the nanny actually lives a street away and is living in a townhouse alone because of her retirement but the boy in the apartment is paying her bills for compensation of her labor as he visit her weekly and whenever he’s free
Concept: a busy businesswoman who runs a successful tech startup. She always has a packed schedule and is always on the go. Her days are filled with meetings, phone calls, and emails. She is a little messy but as she has OCD she tries to keep everything clean and perfect. Her personality is kind, rough sometimes and is stressed 24/7 about work.
EMPTY HOUSE: A cool idea would be a retired spy/secret agent who tries to keep their past behind them but still has a few Easter eggs here and there in the house to remind them of the old days. There could be a main room and guest room for their grandchildren. You can also expand on this making somewhere for the eldest grandchild who knows about their grandparent’s past to live and wants to follow in their footsteps. Thanks for another entertaining video!

Okay so, the owners of the Seoul grill lives in this house. It’s a family owned business consisting of a teenage boy that is trying to make his parents proud so he can take over the family resturant at some point, and a teen daughter (yes they are twins) that just wants to get away from the family pressure of taking over the resturant. The teens parents aren’t young anymore and they are trying to figure out wich one of their kids is going to take over the business. Their apartment consists of lots of Korean furniture. They have had a little bit of problems with paying the bills for both their house and the resturant late lately tho…

A young(ish) girl dreams of becoming a famous ballet dancer, so she decided to move to the city in hopes of becoming more well-known. With not a lot of money but a love for all things fancy, she tries to furnish her house with nice things, but ends up having to DIY and improvise a bit! She is relatively tidy, and spends time at the yoga studio on her days off. Maybe she could have a secret passion like boxing, to contrast the ballet!

This mom just got a new job at the grocery store and had to find a house she could afford that was close to her new work. She’s friends with the other single mom a few doors down. This mom really appreciates her because when she’s working at the store, since her neighbor is a influencer and works from home, watches her son while the two little boys play!

a single dad with 2 children! the family recently came from Autumnville after the fire ruined their home. the youngest child is a girl, that always draws over the walls.. she's more of a troublemaker. she's also friends with the son of the influencer mum! the son is the oldest, and he focuses more on schoolwork than being trouble like his sister. the dad and the influencer mum are friends and love having playdates with their kids! the dad loves sitting on his sofa while the kids are at school, he often reads newspapers and if the writer next door published a new book, he would be the first one to read it.

a new couple who just moved in together of 2 girls, Dolores and Artemis who met in university and are deciding to live with one another. Artemis having a love for *astrology and astronomy* , having parts of the house have star references with a telescope and lots of paper work along with a lot of posters around the house about the lining up of stars or even the ceiling when they go to bed have stars at the top. Dolores who has a deep interest in *witch craft* , having most of their house have a gothic, dark theme and crystals and a lot of books dedicated to witch craft lying around the house with quite ominous lighting. their rooftop could consist of the telescope and a garden growing _interesting_ plants or a fruit garden so that she can test new recipes in the kitchen for Artemis eats. BE WARNED, her cooking is very terrible and she always leaves the kitchen in a mess, but Artemis tries her best to tell her it's great. either way, although they have a passion for quite different things with different aesthetics, they are both fascinated by each other's passion and love each other very much.

CONCEPT: I think it should be about a women in her 20s that likes simple stuff like yoga and cleaning. A very modern minimalistic build with a bit of bright colors! The small bedroom could be her yoga room and I think that would be very cute!!

Also loves plants and Loves butterflies and tall wavy trees! That is one of the reasons they both decided to move to lavender Lane because of the sweet lavender plants and trees! The husband is all into sports and loves to watch the game on a late night. He would also love to one day have a baby son (maybe they can have a left over room ready for the baby) and would love to have the8r own little business one day and live in a nice home. But this is where they will start in their now house in a new town!

An artist couple that had in the past made millions with there projects but are going slowly and slowly down because there art isn't as demanded as it was in the past even thought the husband wants to continue art well his wife wants to try something else and secretly started being a singer , she practices in the karaoke bar while her husband is painting/creating new art project.

There house is full of paintings and scultures , they have there own projects EVERYWHERE because in the past the husband was so proud of themself and decided to decorate the house with there own projects but the wife starts slowly to get rid of all there projects which makes the husband UPSET, lastly the wife has a secret room where she keeps all her stuff for when she goes to the karaoke bar to sing!
CONCEPT FOR EMPTY HOUSE: a daughter and mom. The daughter has been struggling a lot after loosing her dad and they are both struggling with mental health. the mom decided to move to lavender lane for a fresh start. for a job the mom works as a assistant in some sort of office management. The mom is very caring of her daughter and just wants to help her. (Extra details: the daughter has a very classic cluttered teen room. She might have an alter or a few photos of her dad scattered about. You may perceive the story however you’d like)
Townhouse idea:
Two sisters who are new graduates from college are looking to start their own business. They have always been close from a young age and wanted to pursue their dreams together! They end up moving into a townhouse together, but soon realize their dreams aren’t as similar as they thought. Sister one wants to find “the one” and settle down soon. While sister two is putting all her energy into their business. Sister two gets mad at sister one when sister one becomes less and less interested in their business. Eventually they start to drift further and further apart from each other. Soon running their business becomes too much for sister two since she is pretty much running by herself and is scared that if she doesn’t find help soon then she will have to shut the business down. Sister one realizes that she is drifting apart from her sister and thinks if her finding “the one” is worth losing her sister. Will the sisters work it out or will things come crashing down?

❤ Concept time!: so for the empty town house it would be nice cozy maybe haunted house, a new family moved in and didn’t know what was waiting for them… the owners sold their house early so they couldn’t move and had to stay at this little haunted but cozy townhome. A teenager boy who struggles moving to Lavander Lane since NYC was his original home. He decides to move to a little apartment next to some families and becomes friends with a toddler's mom. They find out they both love influencing and start their own channel together. When the toddler's mom isn't here, the teenager takes care of him. But a big change happens! Just after a few months the teen is accused of a crime and sent to jail! But luckily, there is one person who can save him. Can the young mom save one of her best friends?

A lovely family who is struggling financially! The townhouse is the only piece of family land they have left; and they are struggling to pay the mortgage their grandfather left behind! The eldest daughter is an interior designer and has moved away to Maple Town. Their son and daughter are often bullied and made fun of because of their beat up clothes, but the computer cafe is their sole source of fun!
Townhouse story idea!^^
a teenager recently ran away from their old home, but had nowhere to go. So, you would think they'd just find a job, but your wrong. They are technically a "robber", but in their head they just say "ill pay them back later." But, they dont..there house is a bit empty, with posters all over their room. Right now their just trying to live and have all the necessities.

EMPTY HOUSE CONCEPT:
Two best friends that just graduated high school are tired of their parents bossing them around, and telling them what colleges to go to, etc. After all, they are independent adults now! So the friends move into the house, with a dream of being famous singers. To their surprise, there is a karaoke bar in town! They find great fun doing duets at the karaoke bar above the Internet cafe, and they love to party and have fun! They love music, so their house would have like a colorful music vibe. I hope you consider this idea Panda!
Idea for who could live in the empty apartment
: Maybe a young aspiring actor/ actress who’s constantly getting rejected ( style u choose)
:Or the farm fresh family’s grandma who just lost her husband( the grandpa) style: suffering;
( still mourning)/ old fashioned.
You could maybe also do the rich college boys parents with their story( lots of dramaaaa)style: neat minimalist.

I think the town house should be a family of 3 who had to move from a different town and is now going to the school the mother has to get a job at the school while the father has to work at the grocery store. The girl who is the only child is getting use to moving, but is not so sure about this move.

What about an old lady. She loves crime and thriller books and loves Agatha Christie. Her granddaughter, from Mapple Town, is living with her for some weeks until she ends her studies.
She can also live with her grandma because of college, took that idea like you said wink wink.

A Family Has Just Moved From A Small Town From Maine, And They Are Struggling With A Lot. (Like How's There's Not A Lot Of Rooms And There Are Like 3 Kids) The Inside Is Reminiscent Of The Early 1970's Because The Father, Alen, Doesn't Want To Let Go Of His Childhood Toys. And The Two Boys, Aaron And Adam Have To Share A Room, When The 3-Year-Old Daughter, Lilly, Sleeps In The Parents' Room. The Mother Mary Works At The Local Convenience Store, (Or A School If There Will Be One), Because The Father Looks After The Kids.
Alen Likes Gardening And Cooking.
Mary Like Teaching And Reading.
Aaron Likes Drawing And Playing With Toy Cars, Since When He Grows Up, He Wants To Be A Racer.
Adam Liked To Walk Around Town To Explore, And He Takes His Brother Aaron Too.
Lilly Likes To Garden With Her Father And To Ride Her Tricycle On The Sidewalk.
If Your Confused On How Five People Are Going To Fit In To The House, Heres How It'll Go. There Will Be A Bunk Bed/ Two Small Beds In One Room. And A Double Bed And A Toddler/Crib In The Other Bedroom. The House Would Be Based Off The Early 50's To 70's.
Because The Father Has A Mild Case Of Hoarding Disease, But He Is Getting Better.

Soo, this is my concept for one of the empty houses! A couple, consisting of a psychologist and a private detective, who met in the middle of a case on which they both were working on. The psychologist is very neat and tidy. They like to have the house all put together, while the detective is rather messy and constantly leaves books, notes and other work stuff around. I imagine the house to be a combination of the two.
House concept idea: a young man who has moved from a busy city to lavender lane to escape the chaotic noise of a large town. He is currently pursuing his already successful accounting business and so has a lot of spare cash. Because of this he has particular taste which is very modern and lavish. He likes mood lighting and his side hobby is personal training so perhaps he could have some training equipment in his townhouse! He lives alone and The house should be very modern in comparison to the other mostly traditional concepts in the other townhouses. Concept:
An old lady recently moved out of her mansion by the sea into the town house. Why, you may ask? Her husband died due to heart failure, it was too much to keep the house clean and stuff all by herself so she moved into a smaller dwelling. Her style is old- fashioned and she likes to keep things neat and tidy. She has many pictures of her husband and grandchildren and she loves you paint and knit. I hope this gets chosen! ❤
Concept for empty home: Two sisters (Annabelle and Grace) move into this town home because they're sick of being perfect for their parents. They don't really know how to lead a cool, funky life so their home isn't as upbeat as they want it to be. Annabelle is a barista at the café and Grace is going to advanced art classes online. Hope you like it!

I think you should make the house for an artist who has a crazy imagination! She paints day and night, and her art has become well known for its colourful sceneries! The house is always a mess, and covered with paint stains and unfinished or failed pieces of art she gave up on. She lives close to her family and has many friends here, however, she is planning to move out soon because there is an excellent art college far away from lavender lane, since she is a self taught artist and has exceeding art skills she dreams of attending an art college! Since she got a scholarship there she just can miss out on this opportunity! But how about her friends and family? She is still deciding whether she should go or not, but even is she did go she just knows that she will be back in lavender lane right after she graduates from college. ( my idea is a bit crazy and probably unlikely to get chosen for the theme 😅, but I hope someone who has an amazing idea will get chosen!)

The people who live there would be a single father named Lobsang and his adorable 2 year old baby named Dawa. They are refugees from a different country, the father tries his best to learn the language and works very hard to support him and his child. He originally moved there with his wife, unfortunately she died from the flu shortly after they moved in. He works as a server at seoul grill. He really loves nature so he takes his child out for walks around the neighborhood every time he’s off work. He likes to keep his home very neat and clean because he wants to make a good impression if people come to his house. People find him scary because of how he looks, but in reality he is a very joyful and loving person. (He made the influencer’s son cry when he looked at him.) He does his best to make friends with other people but his looks often scare them away. So far the workers at the kbbq restaurant are his only friends. (They also help teach him English.)

You should make it for a Fashion designer! She is very creative and fun but loves the whole Boho aesthetic. There are lots of clothes everywhere and in the spare room it’s her little sewing studio, her sewing machine can be there, but her cutting table is the dining table since she doesn’t have much room to fit a big table for her materials in the sewing room. So her house is overrun with materials and craft supplies and fashion sketches. She is making her first ever runway collection! 😆
P.S. this is based a little bit off me. 😂 I am studying to become a fashion designer and my room is overrun with materials. I love to sew! And I actually use the dining table as a cutting table. 😉

Last house concept:
An old couple who is very old fashioned (hence the wallpaper), they like all different shades of brown and dislike the modern style. They got married maybe between 40 and 60 years ago, they have lived in different sections of the Lavender Lane neighborhood their whole lives, but they purchased the house right after they got married. The husband is very grumpy all the time and likes to read the newspaper and write, the wife is very active and likes to go out with her friends, knits, reads, cooks, and is quite fashionable. I hope you like this idea!

Empty home concept!!
So I really liked the hotel room with the murder scene, I thought it was a fun realistic touch to your cutesy build style. I think maybe the person living in this empty townhouse could be some sort of murderer/hitman/assassin type person. But with a personality! I'd imagine they have a really cute and decorated house with tons of hobbies and collectibles that they can afford due to their less-than-legal job! I feel like they would have tons of movie posters and really be into reading romance novels or something. I'm I just like the idea of a fleshed out murderer with personality and story.

The person who should live in that empty town house should be an aspiring kpop trainee! Who's embarking on their journey into the music world, they have just graduated from high school and got accepted into an entertainment company! But the problem was he lived in a different country so he was forced to move to lavender lane because it was cheap and close enough to his entertainment building. He is a major geek for learning new things, he recently got into learning the electric guitar and some times plays it to loud. I thought of this idea when remembering the Korean style of places in front of Lavender Lane. 💜💜
CONCEPT FOR THE LAST TOWN HOUSE:
I think you should make the last build a roommate type of town house. It should be two best friends who really wanted to move lavender lane for a new start after living in a small town somewhere in the country and now they are both part timers at a store (any store available) trying to save up for their different careers. One can be an aspiring actor and the other could be a aspiring lawyer (they can be any gender).

I have two big ideas, a young fresh graduate who owns their own small baking business and a country music artist.
The fresh graduate one is simple, they just graduated from college in lavender lane, they had a major in law but they didn't want to become a lawyer, they wanted to create their own business! So they studied how to run a small businesses and realized they could put their baking skills to use! With their business growing, they were able to own a town house.
For the country artist, I want to think he's a run away teen! The town home belonged to his uncle and he allowed him to crash, but soon the uncle passed leaving the town house to his nephew. His uncle adored country music, so he decided to pursue music in honor of his kind, goofy uncle.

I think a good idea would be very overwhelmed parents of a baby and a toddler their messy (not on purpose) and cluttered but try their best the dad is a crafter ( most of their furniture is wood crafted ) their mom is a painter so their house is very colourful, the elderly couple in the house near by give them nice pastry’s and jams : moving on to their children. The toddler is a girl and is in love with rainbows and begged her mom to paint her room into skys ( like have paintings on the roof of skys) and is painted well, and her toys are cheap plastic and bed is wood etc. the baby is a boy and yeah!

A young woman had recently been saving for a new house and decided to move to lavender lane. Her three friends, Ayaka, Rebecca and Ione helped her move in. She, like literally everyone in lavender lane, is a college student. Her aesthetic is dark and mysterious. She is an introverted person who doesn't like speaking much, usually the one who listens to her friends instead of actually speaking. She surprisingly has a soft spot for animals, mostly for young kittens. She's got 2 young cats who she takes care of very well. She also likes video games, constantly playing games in her room alone. She isn't interested for love or anything and just likes to watch tv, play video games or play with her kittens, who i name Sapphire and Moon.

Concept For Townhouse:
You could have a young child (11) and her older sister (20), they have moved away to lavender lane for a new start. Their parents have died and the older sister is trying to make ends meet for the two of them. They were able to purchase the house with inheritance money. The older sister is dependant on her job at the ‘Seoul grill’ as it pays for food, water and all the other bills.
They are both very secretive to others about their past.
CONCEPT FOR EMPTY HOME:
A cottagecore lesbian couple with a cat that loves gardening! One does the heavy work like carrying heavy supplies while the other dies the planting! They have always wanted a child but sadly never been able to carry one. They moved to lavender lane to have a sense of a small town feel. They love flowers, making yummy food reading playing music and hanging out with their cat! They have an empty “nursery” since they always wanted a baby but have only been able to use it for their cat. One of the partners is a writer, and the other works at the grocery store but they dream of owning a bakery!
Concept for an empty house
A young adult girl, with her fiancé, wanted to move in together, they had always planed to live together, and because they were going to have a baby! so the needed somewhere other then their parents home to take care of the child when they were born. The young adult boy is into baking, he loves cooking and creating treats, ( and maybe he could own a future bakery? ) The young adult girl, is a artist, she loves painting and eventually wants to create a business but with the baby coming, she thinks she might wait till the baby is older so she will have time for it!
I honestly would ball my eyes out if panda did this, She's my favorite youtuber and makes me smile everyday even when things are tough!

A man went to college to be an engineer but found a fondness in baking.

his parents accepted his career. On the other hand his siblings didn’t. They made fun of him for ‘not being able to make money’ he ended up scraping together a few dollars and left to go to lavender lane for a fresh start.
After moving and finding that the grocery store sold fresh food he decided to make a food cart/stand on the side of the road, it ends up working out well. In the process of all of this he ends up not talking to his parents much. As only a college student his house becomes a mess.
He ends up becoming friends with the boy next door who’s a writer. They end up coming to an agreement, They boy helped the writer clear his writers block, then he helped advertise the book by giving free test samples at the writers speech about the book. People end up loving his food. His stand ends up doing well until he finds out that his writer friend had stolen his money to publish and print over a 1000 copies of his book . . .
The concept for the empty house: a cat lady who has A LOT of cats and the side door neighbors (the grocery owners) love when her cats come and visit them (cat lady always has her windows open which leads the cats to escape) and she is a introvert which causes her never to leave unless she needs food, she is divorced because her husband cheated on her and she is not very friendly she is mean.

Concept for the empty town house - A 19 year old girl that has been dreaming of becoming a singer and releasing her own music since she was young, However she doesn’t have any song ideas and usually performs popular songs at sonica karaoke instead. She also works in the local Korean barbecue restaurant just down the road in order to afford the town house. She still struggles with affording the town house and she is worried she won’t be able to achieve her dreams of becoming a singer. Not only that but her neighbours (the old couple that own the grocery store) keep complaining about her loud singing and that it keeps them up at night. Now she is struggling with a possible eviction notice, maintaining the townhouse and thinking of song ideas. However her townhouse is still nicely decorated and usually kept clean!

A 48 year old lady who lost recently her husband from a car crash...Moves to that house to continue her life with her 16 year old daughter and maybe find a new partner for her...As they explore lavender lane the 16 year old daughter gets a job in the hair salon so she can help her mother with bills!Also her mother works in the grocery store a few months later she starts to talk to a man same as her age they start have feelings for eachother and they start a relationship without her daughter knowing it
...After a few months her mother introduces her new boyfriend and the daughter is socked but also happy for her mother as the times goes by the woman and man gets married and they start to live a happy life in their house!

Elizabeth Colton is the vet for Lavender Lane's local vet. In 3 months she'll have a baby so she's reading books about being a mum. Her husband is in the hospital but he is becoming healthier so she getting prepared for him. She is getting more and more tired as she works with animals and annoying customers. Even tho she's reading books about being a great mum, she had a daughter but when she was 2, her mum didn't feel like she could take care of her so she gave her to her sister as she was only 14 at the time and her sister was 20.

They are planning on having a kid but have no idea how they would handle it, they already have a dog called Maggie and she's hard enough to handle. They struggle sometimes when it comes to paying bills, but they always find a way to manage.

Concept for the empty house: A 10-13 year old girl is living with her parents after they moved to Lavender Lane when the mother was offered a new job! With her parents always busy at work and her older brother, AKA her only friend, moving away to college, the young girl has been feeling quite lonely. She has been trying to take up new hobbies such as drawing, sports, and other things to keep herself entertained, but nothing is really working. She is very socially awkward and has trouble speaking to people. Hopefully she will find a new friend one day!

Concept:
*A widow whom lives with her 2 sons, new born baby girl and her mother who just became a mother too the grandma is horrible and one son is being bullied the mum is too busy looking after the children, the mother, and working she forgets about herself. The house could be very cluttered so they have no time as they are too busy. Both sons are friends with the boy next door and tend to go around causing mischief in the town!

i think the empty house should be for an old couple or an old grandpa that keep stuff organized but still messy. they like a nice clean farmhouse style but also very casual and basic!
There's lots of good ideas for the apartment! but here's mine: hearts mom moves to lavender lane her house is chaotic and messy with a traditional chic vibe cloudy grey linen flint floor and you could use papers stacked on the side to look like unpaid bills!! Yk that heart wall lamp? You could put that in her bedroom above hearts bed! and put posters of heart and clover of everywhere and hearts baby pictures! Or put clothing all over the floor of her room and stuff everywhere like its not been touched in ages. Mabye make the taps leaky like put puddles on the floor and that cluttered aesthetic!! Or put graffitii decals on the outside so its like messy!

IDEA :
A father moved to Lavender Lane with his two twin daughters, because they were able to afford it. The mother sadly passed away after giving birth, but the husband and children are overall humble and freely talk about her as a family. The kids in the city like to bully them, and the father is very protective because they are all he's got. He also homeschool's them during the weekdays. When it comes to decorations, there are not many because they still had to manage rent, but the two little girls still enjoy playing pretend, making profit and earning money as a fake cashier. The two girls get along well, and the father is very religious and raises them well. ❤

for the last house i think it should be about 2 dads raising their 5yo daughter together and the daughter loves to draw and 1 of the dads like hang her drawing every where cus he just loves them so much and both the dads love cooking and want to start a family restaurant together (Italian food) just thought this was a cute story line

Ava loves sports, outdoors and anything athletic. She plays all kinds of sports. Some of these sports included: Volleyball, soccer/football and basketball! She has won many awards and have a whole shelf dedicated to her medals and awards! She often has to buy first aid kits due to her often getting injured when shes playing sports.
TLDR: An athletic person! They have many shelves dedicated to their medals that they have won.
concept for townhouse: a poor(ish) family with 2 children had been saving for about 2 years to live in lavender lane, they finally move in and have some extra money to buy a bit of furniture. the father is a gardener and has a special place for his one plant pot that he takes care of. the mother scored a job at the beauty parlor and makes just enough money to help the family thrive. the two kids, (one teen, one kid) help around the house and have secret pillow fights while they’re home alone. I think it’s a nice idea lol!!

CONCEPT- An old man in his late 70s recently moved into the building. He lived in the suburbs, in a simple family home, and lived a basic life with his wife. He moved into the building after his wife passed away. His only company is his cat and his two sons (who barely visit), so he hopes to meet new people in this new town. The old man used to be in a 60s rock band. He knows how to play guitar and was the lead singer. When he learned there was karaoke, he was overjoyed. He's ready to sing some of his favorite classic songs he used to love. (WHY DOES NOBODY WANT OLD PEOPLE TO LIVE HERE 😢)
Concept for empty home:
An old lady who moved in to be closer to her grandson (the college boy)! She has a few cats, and loves old/vintage items. She originally lived in a large home, but it got too much for her being old and all, so she decided moving near her grandson would be a good idea since they were so close!
She formed a better relationship with her grandson, and even met the teen mom influencer. She loved to bake, and constantly gave her neighbours delicious goods! The influencer enjoyed her baking so much that she asked if she could teach her. While those two got close, the college boy and the influencer started to get to know each other more. They ended up having a cute romance story for themselves and the grandma was more than happy! Creds to realyntherealest

A newly married, just graduated couple that moved from Maple Town to Lavander Lane has decided to move in. As the wife announces that she's pregnant, they start preparing for the baby. However, as the husband gets a job at the grocery store, he gets a very bad review from a customer leaving them bankrupt. Due to this event they are forced to start saving their money, and in the end they cannot afford to pay their bills. After this they end up moving out of the house, but the furniture is still there. Therefore making this house empty but haunted..?
I think this is a great concept but I think they should just be struggling a lot and they don’t sell their house😊
