a little build hack for blankets on the couch, if you place the blanket on the sofa and click on the transform tool, and elevate the blanket, when ever you’re sitting on the couch it will look like you’re sitting underneath the blanket 😊 love you❤

I love the renovation that’s happening! The aesthetic is crazy amazing. Btw the reason she keeps upping the budget is bc when you delete items in a home you don’t get the money in the budget you are giving, so they have to keep increasing the budget for you.❤️ great video btw👏👏

Tbh this is beautiful, I’m personally really good on the outsides of my houses but the inside is just 💀💀, last time I built a house the outside was 70k, but enough on me, you make me smile almost daily! I love your vids and your renovation vids are jaw dropping! You designs are just ✨💅perfect💅✨

Alaska i have a tip for you if you want to make the pillars more realistic, so buy a plain pillar and then take a basic cube and resize it for the colours i recommend mid gray brick, then after you chose your colour use the transform tool and put it inside the pillar it looks so good if you want your house to look more realistic

honestly liked the house a bit better before, most the time Alaska always sticks to the subscribers style but this time idk. i feel like based on how the girl had barely any windows and how the ones she did have some of them had curtains meant she kinda liked the dark townhouse aesthetic but alaska kinda went on her own style and just completely opened it up and removed the GORGEOUS kitchen that was already there

I would had stretched the house backwards a little bit because the home doesn't have a lot of room and feels very cramped. Also I will take in the elements that the original builder wanted to keep such as the victorian/modernist appeal. Victorian is vintage, but vintage isn't victorian. Either way, I would had extended the windows as you did, but I would use solid glass planes. However, the main issue has to be the size of the home, it is too tiny and feels very cramped. The home needs to be more spacious, but your changes are more exterior and does not fix the main issue with the home. While the front of the home looks amazing, like all townhouses should be, the interior is something to be loathed for its size. Also that staircase to the third floor gives me anxiety
