They’re so beautiful and match the town so well. I love the idea of the town having a story I try to do that for all of my builds it really helps to make the build more realistic

10:56 i saw @pandalemontart use cube lights(or whatever they’re called)and resized them to make them fit into the window silhouette,meaning looking outside it looks like its being used!I think you should do this too,but ask for perms 1st!

i don’t think she would need to ask for permission, it’s just a light in a window, and i use the trick often! it’s so pretty and is less money than a real interior, but just saying i don’t think she would need to ask for permission bc it’s not like directly copying her!

For the roof on computer use R to turn around the roof for the roof you wanted to use on the first townhouse!

4:37 If your roof isn't facing the right way, don't start from the top left corner, start from one of the others. Still make the same shape, just start from another corner and it should face the right way

you should add like carpet or basic shapes in front of the townhouses to act as a sidewalk, something small so that the street still looks normal 🫶

If the roof is placed on a 4by4 or any square you can press r for it to ritate sides

to save plot data (and money), instead of during costum roof you can rotate the roof if it's facing the wrong way by clicking r
a tips is that if the roof dont place right way its just to tap r to rotate:)

I think it would be cool if you did the “Charmed” house that’s in Los Angeles (but was set in San Francisco in the tv series). That house is so beautiful, inside and out! If anyone can do that house perfectly, it would be you!!

When the roof is facing the wrong way, I think you can just click R for rotate and it will rotate!
For the roof you can turn them into other directions by pressing (R)

Here’s a tip for when the roof is facing the wrong way! You just have to draw the roof starting with different points! And if it’s still facing wrong just try starting at another different point until it’s right!
I saw you in bloxburg idk how long ago you were building and now i find out who you are,, lol
this very random but u should try and make a build in like 2019/2020 bloxburg building style but kind of realistic at the same time or more up to date
You can only buy the 20% plot data twice sadly and yeah the plot data after you buy it can be a bit confusing but you've only bought it once so you just add 20% to the number its at right now. So your plot is at 87.5% rn and if you add 20% that gives you 107.5% which is what your plot data is worth if it didn't shrink it down when you buy it and it would be the same if you had 40% you just add that to whatever number it says your plot data is at. I hope this made sense lol

I think if your roof doesn’t face the right way you can just press R but maybe it’s just the slanted roof
