New building idea: A new restaurant has opened and it’s owned by a almost 60 year old grandfather. It’s a old vintage style diner and the grandmother comes every few days to meet him. Even though she hasn’t fully recovered from the death of her husband, she’s getting lonely. They have a friendly “date” and get to know each other. They have a few things in common too, a vintage style, obsessed with cooking, and both have a cat! The grandmother hasn’t never seen her neighbors but the grandfather lives next door and is the grandpa of the toddler and the dad of the young woman. They keep seeing each other and you tell the rest. Hopefully you like the concept! (Thank you everyone for the amount of likes! Omg the love triangle would be super cute but I imagine it with a twist! The college girl wouldn’t be in middle but the college boy would! Once the laundry mat boy sees how caring and sweet the college boy is caring for the girl he falls head over heals for him! It would be a great way to add some diversity and give a good story line about the college boy coming to terms about him being bi or pan ^^

I love the concept for the apartment. I love how it mixes with the boy and the girl. How she kinda met the girl though the boy and helps her cause she loves cooking and the girl can't really cook. I just love how it all comes together.

This series seems amazing and I am already hooked with this love triangle, low-key giving a K-Drama these characters definitely need names though (for me and my fantasy names for them are Eloise and Enzo for the college kids (also the E+E thingy is kinda cute) and then the laundry man’s name is Levi, in my personal opinion I’m on team Enzo 💀
you should make a family in the apartments that consists of 5 kids in total! the mom: the mom is a very controlling and organized lady who is also a germaphobe, cleaning supplies and tissues scattered throughout various closets and cupboards around the house! dad: the dad is a busy man, never exactly being "with the times" in his family. he is disciplined, and passes that trait onto many of his kids, but also is humorous at the right times and a pleasure to be with! the oldest: the oldest (26, a dude), is the embodiment of a man-child. he lives with his parents still and can't keep a job to save his life. the parents try their best to support him, but him spending their money on his cartoon action figure-collectables (which it would be cool if you added some to a future hot topic/game stop/store for detail) makes his parents consider making him pay rent. the second oldest: he is a very peculiar child, being in college (23 yrs old) but not really having an established job. (maybe he could be buddies or roommates with the grandson?) he is very intelligent but doesn't use it to it's full potential. unused math and science books stacked on his desk, being never opened. he is basic and is overall pretty aloof. (his room is basic, too) the middle: the middle and the second youngest are twins, the second youngest being only 9 minutes younger, but yet are still SO different. the middle is very happy, bubbly and sunshine-y. she tends to overlook bad with HEAPS of happiness. sometimes it can be overbearing. she does this to attract attention to herself as she is often overlooked in the family. her room is shared with the youngest and her half is very purple and yellow, her favorite colors. (i forgot to mention their ages. they're both 16) the second youngest: the second youngest is edgy, dark and a scene kid. they love 80's rock and their room is extremely messy. she d.i.y's many of her clothes, bedsheets, shoes, and even prints out posters desperately to be considered "emo". her and the middle often fight about who's older, though its clear who. the middle also sleeps in her room often because she gets lonely, so traces of bright and cheery items would be ideal in her room! the youngest: the youngest (13) is by far the MOST overlooked, even surpassing the middle. people often see her as desperate, annoying and naggy little kid, but she is actually polite and the most well-behaved. she joins the second youngest in their rebellious schemes, usually as a spray-paint holder or guard dog. her side of the room is put-together and tidy, yet still colorful and bright. she follows her mom's orders and cleans her room. she loves all things hello kitty and rainbows! the cat and dog: the cat and dog are not your typical cat scared of dog. the dog, (2, golden retriever, a girl) is very kind and gentle towards the cat. the cat, (4, british bluehair, a boy) is fiesty, chonky and spunky, and acts like they hate the dog, when really he sleeps on her back most nights. my wrists and fingers hurt ToT. thank you so much for reading this! panda, if you are reading this, i would love to be included in your city! the entire family is heavily inspired by mine and this story is very important to me, so it would mean a lot for this to be added. thank you! bye!!

I'm so happy I got here early!!! I hope you see this. I also really love your lavender land series!!!! Here is a theme for another house if you ever want to do this, but of course it's your choice! An orphan high school girl whose' parents died in a fire. She was feeling very down lately, and decided to move to Lavender lane. She immediately dropped out of her old school as soon as she saw a house for sale and used the money from her parents that went to her to buy a small house on top of a store. (was not sure what store it could be so ill leave that to you) The owners of the store moved out of lavender lane , but she didn't realize it, as soon as she officially had the house, she was the store owner. Her boyfriend broke up with her because lavender lane was so far from the town she grew up in, and as she was looking through her computer, she matched with a random guy, but it didn't work out. As she was just going across town to do her laundry at the laundromat, she was not paying attention and her head hit the college boy's apartment. He answered the door and they ended up falling in love. Once the college girl is better, her only choice is to fall for the laundromat manager/owner. The girl is short and quirky, loves reading, and is trying to find a way to involve herself in school again. Her favorite color is lavender, fitting the name of the town, and she struggles with being bullied by taller high schoolers on the street. she has a sad life, but she finds a way to get herself involved in the education she needs, she also runs the business before an after school, making friends with a few customers that stop by every day. Again, just an idea, but I still hope you take it into consideration.
Hey Panda! House idea: A very fancy home that is modern and gives rich vibes. This building is home to Lavender Lanes very own, Ms. Karen! Karen always makes sure that she has everything spotless, so she has various maid stations around her house for whenever one of her MANY maids come over. The only nice thing she does for her maids is give them a small, dirty, room. Overall, you can tell that Karen is very self-centred and thinks she’s the best. Hope you like my idea! Concept: I feel like after the guy that owns the laundromat, sees the College guy. He goes back and starts to think about what he was doing in her apartment. The next days she shows up at work and he starts asking for answers about the guy at her apartment,but then she says that he has no right to tell her what to do , and tell her what not to do . She then is mad at him all of the day. When she goes home she finds the college boy and he asks her to go to dinner with him at her grandmas house, She accepts because she really needs some advice from her. They go to her grandmas house and have dinner and then when he goes to the bathroom, she decides to ask her grandma for advice. She confesses that she likes 2 guys. Her coworker and her grandson. Her grandma says that she should follow her heart and date who she wants to.
Omg the fame girl in ur farming series should be the laundry boys girlfriend or something and she comes back into town but the boy starts to like the collage girl instead!!!! ❤😂
How about adding a new character like the college boy's relative. She can be made as a third party in another love triangle between the college girl and college boy and that girl what about calling her olivia and u know the college boy is from a rich family so his parents want him to marry his rich cousin. Now let's talk about Olivia's character, she is an arrogant girl because she was born into a rich family and always despises people who are not in the same class. So when she met the college girl, she felt that the college boy felt something for her, so she would never let someone like her take her crush "college boy". So what do you think? I thought of everything while iam writing i dont how 😂😂.
I have a cute idea! You should make a small antique shop, the grandma from this video likes to volunteer there, as it isn't doing very well and they might close soon. The college girl could even help there! And the boy.
My opinion on the Lavender Lane Lovers: ☔️🌙 Honestly I think the college girl and college boy should end up together, they have more of a chance because they attend college classes together, live very close, and just spend more time together in general. Also the college girl has ties to his family (his grandma) and that’s just adorable. Lavender lane is coming together I remember when you started with the bbq restaurant it has grown so much since then! I had 2 ideas 1st you should add a church because I can see the teens in the story when they grow up! 2nd idea is you should add in a cooking club that the teen boy goes to, to learn how to cook because he wants to help and cherish his time with his family. Then the teen girl joins the cooking club because she wants to repay the ladies that helped her out but when it is there 1st day she realises that the boy is doing the cooking club but know that she has to go so she goes anyways, the cooking teacher pairs the boy and the girl up and they have a great time cooking they were shy at first but then start to realise that they are pretty cool around each other. When they cook the always make a mess in the kitchen and the teacher is really nice but can't deal with their messing around so she splits them up and they both didn't feel the same as they did before they think about the time when the teen boy knocks over the bowl of batter and the teen girl grabs a scoop and puts it on the bus face and then the teen boy does the same and there giggling made the teacher angry that they were messing around in the kitchen. That's all I have though of but I think it is quite good because my brain is a slower processor!! 😊😂💏👦👱♀️

I’d like to say two things: First of all, unlike skills likes gardening and cooking, you can go afk while getting athletic level, making that skills very easy to max out! And second, I’d really like to see a 90s-style retro diner! It could be complete with neon lights and a juke box! Also, a gym could be placed on a second floor on top of the diner!

Building idea: day 5 Theres a small cottage, it was made when lavender lane just was being built. The people who live there is an old couple. Theyre in there early 90s. They are obsessed with flowers and plants. The old couple also love travleing. They have lots of souvenirs, the house is quite cluttered. They have lived there for over 40 years, so the house is quite broken down. Yet they still like cleaning up the inside and out if the house. They moved to the house to retire early, but the wife still perfers to work. She has a job gardening, the husband however has been retired since he was 55. He loves cooking, when you go near the house, it brightens your day with the beautiful smells. The house looks quite off, as with all the big bulding around the town, the house looks very mini. The couple have been offered lots of money for they're home, yet refuse, After all they've been there for 40 years!

Can you do a Library as a build? The concept can be: A middle-aged couple had tons of books left over from earlier in their lives to now because they always loved reading and researching, but now wants to spread their books to their community. Coincidentally, the laundromat decided to downsize and move, so they’ve decided to buy the property! They also had kids but they’d gone to college and/ or moved out, so they looked for books left in the attic to be put into the children’s section since the neighboring kids really love reading. The wife always had a hobby of baking and cooking and her husband helps out with making drinks and always loved experimenting with frozen treats. So, they had decided to add a little café corner called, Cassie’s and Chuck’s Café! Every Christmas , their 4 kids, grandkids, Siblings, and other relatives come to visit so it’s always crowded that week. So, they’ve always gone all out decorating their house and their library since the kids love hanging out in there with all the little seating areas, nooks, and how aesthetically pleasing it looks. In the center of the library, there is a little tree with holes that act like seating so that area is usually crowded with 10-16 year olds that live in that area.

So me and my friend has been making a town I guess it's called lavender avenue, it's old name is lavender town and tbh I got inspired to make a town by pandalemontart and when I saw this lavender lane build I got the idea from that, theres this apartment that me and my friend hasn't finished because it was just too big to finish so we had to finish it when the town is almost done (btw that apartment is from PandaLemonTart's apartment from this build) and yeah. Wish me luck building lavender avenue!

I have an idea for next episode! ( this is a lot of story line stuff that has to do with the love triangle lol) So what if you made a park of some sort (including the cherry blossom trees) and it was a very romantic and beautiful area where lots of couples go on romantic strolls and walks. There are also many fitness classes and yoga classes that take place in this park. (The guys who lives in the laundromat participates in these fitness classes) So basically the dude who lives in the same complex thingy as the girl realizes after taking care of her while she was sick, that he was really in love with her. So he decides to tell her his feelings at the park I mentioned earlier (which was recommended by his granny) so he invites her on a walk with him at this park and as he begins to tell her about his feelings the laundromat dude who was doing a fitness class and had overheard the entire conversation, came over and also told her about his feelings. Sorry that was so long, I can’t wait to see how this series plays out ;)
WHAT DO U THINK?? A luxury vintage style lady and her brown-headed parrot has been in lavender lane for a while now owning a bookstore. Its vintage style and has a color scheme of brown, white, and a bit of red (or your pick). She is quite shy but stands her ground when it comes to her bookstore. I HAVE A BUILDING IDEA, PIZZERIA A family business, the pizzeria business had failed so the son had to work in shifts, he works with his father and helps him make pizzas, his father was an immigrant and his mom lived in lavender lane, but he really didn't want to work, he wanted to explore his own life and not worry about inheriting the business since his father had decided of giving it up soon. the place is like any typical pizzeria you might think about. Above it is their home, its small and can fit a bedroom and bathroom. ALSO LOVE THIS SERIES!!! and as a cat owner i can confirm they sleep anywhere, as my cat will sleep on tables, and concrete-

New building idea:
A new restaurant has opened and it’s owned by a almost 60 year old grandfather. It’s a old vintage style diner and the grandmother comes every few days to meet him. Even though she hasn’t fully recovered from the death of her husband, she’s getting lonely.
They have a friendly “date” and get to know each other. They have a few things in common too, a vintage style, obsessed with cooking, and both have a cat! The grandmother hasn’t never seen her neighbors but the grandfather lives next door and is the grandpa of the toddler and the dad of the young woman. They keep seeing each other and you tell the rest. Hopefully you like the concept!

TEAM COLLAGE BOY
you should make a family in the apartments that consists of 5 kids in total!
the mom: the mom is a very controlling and organized lady who is also a germaphobe, cleaning supplies and tissues scattered throughout various closets and cupboards around the house!
dad: the dad is a busy man, never exactly being "with the times" in his family. he is disciplined, and passes that trait onto many of his kids, but also is humorous at the right times and a pleasure to be with!
the oldest: the oldest (26, a dude), is the embodiment of a man-child. he lives with his parents still and can't keep a job to save his life. the parents try their best to support him, but him spending their money on his cartoon action figure-collectables (which it would be cool if you added some to a future hot topic/game stop/store for detail) makes his parents consider making him pay rent.
the second oldest: he is a very peculiar child, being in college (23 yrs old) but not really having an established job. (maybe he could be buddies or roommates with the grandson?) he is very intelligent but doesn't use it to it's full potential. unused math and science books stacked on his desk, being never opened. he is basic and is overall pretty aloof. (his room is basic, too)
the middle: the middle and the second youngest are twins, the second youngest being only 9 minutes younger, but yet are still SO different. the middle is very happy, bubbly and sunshine-y. she tends to overlook bad with HEAPS of happiness. sometimes it can be overbearing. she does this to attract attention to herself as she is often overlooked in the family. her room is shared with the youngest and her half is very purple and yellow, her favorite colors. (i forgot to mention their ages. they're both 16)
the second youngest: the second youngest is edgy, dark and a scene kid. they love 80's rock and their room is extremely messy. she d.i.y's many of her clothes, bedsheets, shoes, and even prints out posters desperately to be considered "emo". her and the middle often fight about who's older, though its clear who. the middle also sleeps in her room often because she gets lonely, so traces of bright and cheery items would be ideal in her room!
the youngest: the youngest (13) is by far the MOST overlooked, even surpassing the middle. people often see her as desperate, annoying and naggy little kid, but she is actually polite and the most well-behaved. she joins the second youngest in their rebellious schemes, usually as a spray-paint holder or guard dog. her side of the room is put-together and tidy, yet still colorful and bright. she follows her mom's orders and cleans her room. she loves all things hello kitty and rainbows!
the cat and dog: the cat and dog are not your typical cat scared of dog. the dog, (2, golden retriever, a girl) is very kind and gentle towards the cat. the cat, (4, british bluehair, a boy) is fiesty, chonky and spunky, and acts like they hate the dog, when really he sleeps on her back most nights.

As they spent more time together, Alex began to develop feelings for Sara, but he couldn't bring himself to tell her. He didn't want to ruin their friendship or make things awkward between them. Meanwhile, Sara was oblivious to Alex's feelings and was simply enjoying their time together as friends.

An orphan high school girl whose' parents died in a fire. She was feeling very down lately, and decided to move to Lavender lane. She immediately dropped out of her old school as soon as she saw a house for sale and used the money from her parents that went to her to buy a small house on top of a store. (was not sure what store it could be so ill leave that to you) The owners of the store moved out of lavender lane , but she didn't realize it, as soon as she officially had the house, she was the store owner. Her boyfriend broke up with her because lavender lane was so far from the town she grew up in, and as she was looking through her computer, she matched with a random guy, but it didn't work out. As she was just going across town to do her laundry at the laundromat, she was not paying attention and her head hit the college boy's apartment. He answered the door and they ended up falling in love. Once the college girl is better, her only choice is to fall for the laundromat manager/owner.
The girl is short and quirky, loves reading, and is trying to find a way to involve herself in school again. Her favorite color is lavender, fitting the name of the town, and she struggles with being bullied by taller high schoolers on the street. she has a sad life, but she finds a way to get herself involved in the education she needs, she also runs the business before an after school, making friends with a few customers that stop by every day.
Again, just an idea, but I still hope you take it into consideration.

A very fancy home that is modern and gives rich vibes. This building is home to Lavender Lanes very own, Ms. Karen! Karen always makes sure that she has everything spotless, so she has various maid stations around her house for whenever one of her MANY maids come over. The only nice thing she does for her maids is give them a small, dirty, room. Overall, you can tell that Karen is very self-centred and thinks she’s the best.

Concept: I feel like after the guy that owns the laundromat, sees the College guy. He goes back and starts to think about what he was doing in her apartment. The next days she shows up at work and he starts asking for answers about the guy at her apartment,but then she says that he has no right to tell her what to do , and tell her what not to do . She then is mad at him all of the day. When she goes home she finds the college boy and he asks her to go to dinner with him at her grandmas house, She accepts because she really needs some advice from her. They go to her grandmas house and have dinner and then when he goes to the bathroom, she decides to ask her grandma for advice. She confesses that she likes 2 guys. Her coworker and her grandson. Her grandma says that she should follow her heart and date who she wants to.
Omg the fame girl in ur farming series should be the laundry boys girlfriend or something and she comes back into town but the boy starts to like the collage girl instead!!!! ❤😂

She can be made as a third party in another love triangle between the college girl and college boy and that girl what about calling her olivia and u know the college boy is from a rich family so his parents want him to marry his rich cousin. Now let's talk about Olivia's character, she is an arrogant girl because she was born into a rich family and always despises people who are not in the same class. So when she met the college girl, she felt that the college boy felt something for her, so she would never let someone like her take her crush "college boy". So what do you think? Lavender lane is coming together I remember when you started with the bbq restaurant it has grown so much since then! I had 2 ideas 1st you should add a church because I can see the teens in the story when they grow up! 2nd idea is you should add in a cooking club that the teen boy goes to, to learn how to cook because he wants to help and cherish his time with his family. Then the teen girl joins the cooking club because she wants to repay the ladies that helped her out but when it is there 1st day she realises that the boy is doing the cooking club but know that she has to go so she goes anyways, the cooking teacher pairs the boy and the girl up and they have a great time cooking they were shy at first but then start to realise that they are pretty cool around each other. When they cook the always make a mess in the kitchen and the teacher is really nice but can't deal with their messing around so she splits them up and they both didn't feel the same as they did before they think about the time when the teen boy knocks over the bowl of batter and the teen girl grabs a scoop and puts it on the bus face and then the teen boy does the same and there giggling made the teacher angry that they were messing around in the kitchen.
That's all I have though of but I think it is quite good because my brain is a slower processor!! 😊😂💏👦👱♀️

Theres a small cottage, it was made when lavender lane just
was being built.
The people who live there is an old couple. Theyre in there early 90s.
They are obsessed with flowers and plants. The old couple also love travleing.
They have lots of souvenirs, the house is quite cluttered.
They have lived there for over 40 years, so the house is quite broken down.
Yet they still like cleaning up the inside and out if the house.
They moved to the house to retire early, but the wife still perfers to work.
She has a job gardening, the husband however has been retired since he was
55. He loves cooking, when you go near the house, it brightens your day with the
beautiful smells.
The house looks quite off, as with all the big bulding around the town, the house looks
very mini. The couple have been offered lots of money for they're home, yet refuse,

Can you do a Library as a build?
The concept can be: A middle-aged couple had tons of books left over from earlier in their lives to now because they always loved reading and researching, but now wants to spread their books to their community. Coincidentally, the laundromat decided to downsize and move, so they’ve decided to buy the property! They also had kids but they’d gone to college and/ or moved out, so they looked for books left in the attic to be put into the children’s section since the neighboring kids really love reading. The wife always had a hobby of baking and cooking and her husband helps out with making drinks and always loved experimenting with frozen treats. So, they had decided to add a little café corner called, Cassie’s and Chuck’s Café!
Every Christmas , their 4 kids, grandkids, Siblings, and other relatives come to visit so it’s always crowded that week. So, they’ve always gone all out decorating their house and their library since the kids love hanging out in there with all the little seating areas, nooks, and how aesthetically pleasing it looks. In the center of the library, there is a little tree with holes that act like seating so that area is usually crowded with 10-16 year olds that live in that area.
I think she will fall for the laundromat guy!! Also i love these series bc the stories with it are so interesting!!!

So me and my friend has been making a town I guess it's called lavender avenue, it's old name is lavender town and tbh I got inspired to make a town by pandalemontart and when I saw this lavender lane build I got the idea from that, theres this apartment that me and my friend hasn't finished because it was just too big to finish so we had to finish it when the town is almost done (btw that apartment is from PandaLemonTart's apartment from this build) and yeah. Wish me luck building lavender avenue!

I have an idea for next episode! ( this is a lot of story line stuff that has to do with the love triangle lol)
So what if you made a park of some sort (including the cherry blossom trees) and it was a very romantic and beautiful area where lots of couples go on romantic strolls and walks. There are also many fitness classes and yoga classes that take place in this park. (The guys who lives in the laundromat participates in these fitness classes)
So basically the dude who lives in the same complex thingy as the girl realizes after taking care of her while she was sick, that he was really in love with her.
So he decides to tell her his feelings at the park I mentioned earlier (which was recommended by his granny) so he invites her on a walk with him at this park and as he begins to tell her about his feelings the laundromat dude who was doing a fitness class and had overheard the entire conversation, came over and also told her about his feelings.
Sorry that was so long, I can’t wait to see how this series plays out ;)

A luxury vintage style lady and her brown-headed parrot has been in lavender lane for a while now owning a bookstore. Its vintage style and has a color scheme of brown, white, and a bit of red (or your pick). She is quite shy but stands her ground when it comes to her bookstore. She is a middle-aged woman but always sweet to others. Her pet is her only company, so she has never really had family. It is a bit messy, but it is very clean. She wants to keep the bookshelf and grow old with her parrot and be happy! (i just really want to see a bookstore!!)

I HAVE A BUILDING IDEA, PIZZERIA
A family business, the pizzeria business had failed so the son had to work in shifts, he works with his father and helps him make pizzas, his father was an immigrant and his mom lived in lavender lane, but he really didn't want to work, he wanted to explore his own life and not worry about inheriting the business since his father had decided of giving it up soon.
the place is like any typical pizzeria you might think about. Above it is their home, its small and can fit a bedroom and bathroom.

I think college boy and college girl fall in love! But what about laundromat boy? What if falls in love with someone from the nail salon? Maybe you could make roleplays or a new roleplay series for lavender lane? I love the ideas you come up with while building lavender lane so i thought i would add to it. Tell me if you like! ^^
