Cheesecake Fruit Salad
This is out of this world delicious! Perfect sweet salad to serve during summer time. And I still can’t believe that the jello cheesecake mix is accidentally vegan!
Ingredients
1oz Jello cheesecake mix (It is accidentally vegan)
2/3 cup non dairy milk
8oz vegan cream cheese, we used day
10oz vegan whipped cream, we used so delicious tub
10oz vegan mini marshmallows, we used dandies
2 cups sliced strawberries
1-2 cups fresh blueberries
Directions
In a medium bowl add jello cheesecake mix
Add in 2/3 cup non dairy milk
Add in your vegan cream cheese and vegan whipped cream
Mix until creamy
Add in marshmallows
Mix well
Add in your strawberries
Carefully mix well
Add in your blueberries
Mix well
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Serve and enjoy!
