    I got the Er dH error on my refrigerator and did the "unplug for 8-9 hours with the doors open" troubleshooting, and it didn't work. Which means, not only do I have to replace this stupid LG refrigerator, but I also lost hundreds of dollars in food. Thanks LG!
    (I just ordered a Whirlpool to replace this garbage.)

      I had the same experience. They replaced all the parts in and under the fridge by now and still getting the same error. Made with cheap and unreliable parts. Ordering a Whirlpool as well and happy to see this LG get disposed of. Total trash.

    LG is real SH1T, I just moved to my new house, it had all new LG appliances and under warranty the first thing that was damaged was the refrigerator, they did not give a warranty on the compressor, then the dishwasher, not even the technicians could fix it, Likewise, in this one the 10 years were only in the engine, I had to change it. Now the refrigerator gives this DH-F error, I have done everything they say in the video and the problem still continues. I have asked the technicians if it is an electrical problem in the house and they only told me that LG is very bad. I hope this helps someone before making a purchase. Bad equipment, bad service.

    I have never had more problems with a refrigerator in my life, and this one was very expensive. I will never buy a refrigerator made by Lucky Goldstar again.

    This is stupid. I have zero buildup on my evaporator. This is a sensor issue.
