Hi, I would like to suggest some tips for you, and for others:
1) On irrigated soil, you can use fountains instead of wells. They provide better radius, and increase happiness.
2) For building farms, you can build the mills first, and then drag fields across area to mass build it.
3) In order to increase miners productivity, you could click on tools resource icon, and turn off access for non-essential workers like woodcutters. This ensures there are tools for productivity of miners.
4) selling coal would be a good source of income.
5) As you didn’t had robust defences against dragons/vikings, firefighters might be a good idea, to better control fires.

I think its always funny in these silent playthroughs to imagine what the player is thinking at any given time. Favorite moment was when green snuck a transport to the south side of the island and the camera JUMPED down to see why the siege workshop was on fire. lol
