Vey nice info Ekta, easy to share with others as well... i was hoping if you have suggested more plants in the list after these 3, would be helpful to have that handy..
I found you in early 2019. Have learnt alot from you. You actually encouraged me to go ahead with this route which always tempte me, but was scared. Happy to see you again and ready to add some more plant 😂. Already have more than 30 plants. I dont know where will i keep more. But i am all ready. Hope to see you regularly.
Hello it's so informative that suddenly I started arranging plants according to the room size😂😂,and I could 'not find the link for second video you said in end!
I never had any interest in plants, discovered your channel during Covid and I love your videos and presentation style. Although I am still a newbie and more of an unintentional plant killer, I want to be a better plant parent. 😅 Keep up the good work!
Hi, maine aapke videos dekh kar rooms n balcony mein plants rakhe hai, like....zz plant, snake plant, money plant, areca plant, aloevera yeh sab rooms mein hai and balcony mein alag alag plants hai. Thank you mam, for such a nice videos.
Thanks a lot for this video.. Can you also cover how or whether plants are able to filter particulate material I mean dust.. Coz that's a very big factor in air pollution
Please do a care guide for aralia plant , I got it for quite sometime like 3-4 months and it's still looks like the same , it's not dying (roots are healthy) , i have not repotted it yet but it's the same size
Hello mam. I would like to have a small plant at my office desk. There won't be much sunlight. Are succulents a better option? If yes, can you please suggest, which one I can get?
ive been waiting for someone to make this video for a long time , the video would have been more accurate with live experiments with air quality measuring device !! there are many videos with this live experiment but they show it plants indoor dosent work at all , what is your take on it ?
I bought Areca, but im failings to grow it properly. Its for my offfice. 1 set died due to White mealy bugs. There were no other plants other than justvtwo areca plams but somehow got bugs and eventually died. Again the got two more.. its just couple of months and one died off with leaves dried off.. other one looks little down. What things am i doingbwrong dont know. Please help me out.
Hi Ekta di, do snake plants actually thrive in about 200 lux of light? Some people say they just survive and it’s more like a slow death for them. I'm confused!
Hey, I think you can try them in that light but if the plant starts to yellow then move it to a brighter space and in case it sustains, let that be there
@GardenUp Thank you so much for your response. It’s been there for a month now, and I haven’t noticed any yellowing leaves so far. Hopefully it's going to do well. 💚
@GardenUp appreciate lightning revert. Have kept them on open terrace, guess that's why the damage. Will shift them in shade tomorrow morning. Bought them from ikea mumbai and they were beautiful green but now they are not. Hope shade Will bring back "green glory" . Should I be doing any thing else apart from providing them shade?
Just out of curiosity is it common for Indians to switch between languages? It’s pretty common in the US Hispanic community, we call it SpanGlish (Spanish English mix).
i dont agree with this, rule of thumb two large size tree are enough for one man oxygen, and purifies mean fresh oxygen , so these tiny plants produce oxygen in mgs after full night so how it can purify your air quality, impossible
"Although most lab-scale studies have shown that plants can effectively absorb pollutants, it is important for such studies to reflect the real-world conditions, especially with the influence of human activities. Under such conditions, pollutants are to be replenished continually while the plant surface area to ambient atmosphere volume ratio vastly decreases (e.g., relative to lab-based experiments)" - Han Y, Lee J, Haiping G, Kim KH, Wanxi P, Bhardwaj N, Oh JM, Brown RJC.
