Hey Shweta, after watching your home tour, I'm super interested in making Bioenzyme at home! Could you please share a tutorial on the process and usage? Can't wait to try it out! 🌍 Thanks a bunch!

Well explained! I recently told my Mom to start composting and she did. She wanted a good video to refer just in case if she need help with the process and I'm going to share this video with her. 😊
Just saw a glimse of you in reel thinking wow she looks so cute and hear i am watched whole video . Really amazing work . Didn't knew about composting before would love to follow the same.

Will do! Meanwhile, there is a YT short on how to make bioenzyme already on my channel. It’s a multipurpose cleaner- so you can use it as floor cleaner, surface cleaner, dish wash (mixed with reetha powder) & detergent (mixed with soap nuts boiled solution)
Hi, I have recently started my composting journey. My first batch of compost of very watery n black in color. It was not smelly but it had a lot of water when I took it out. Eventually I mixed it with regular soil n potted few plants. The second batch is not that watery like the prev one but any top to avoid this issue?
Hi! It just means that there was not enough of cocopeat/dry leaves added. Make sure to add good amount of cocopeat and give the bin a mix from time to time.
Hi Sweta, like your videos! I struggle to compost in UK, wish had 🇮🇳 heat here to help biodegrade. Also people throwing rubbish in India is a big issue. Not sure how to change people’s mentality.
Yeah it’s tough to change the mentality, but awareness can do wonders. And composting in uk- you have to add a lot of browns to keep the pile warm - that’s one tip I have seen people follow living abroad in cold weather. There are also electric compost bins for food waste - mill.com
Shweta, I have come from a rural area and there are animals open grazing near my house, so I have saved food, I have fed them, so there is no need to make compost.
You can surely give them vegetable peels and fruit peels but not cooked/expired food. I hope that you are not generating any masaledar waste that way, so it’s all good if you don’t compost :)

Hey Shweta! I love your videos. Can you tell me did you wash the cocopeat twice and thrice as it is shown in lot of videos. Also, can we put stale food like rice dal etc. into the compost bin?
@@VandanaArora hello! Thankyou❤️ I just soaked cocopeat brick in water to loosen it as it comes vacuum packed. Once its dry, you can directly use it for composting. No need to wash 2-3 times. Thanks Shweta for this video..Indeed helpful..Please let me know during rainy season we get wet leaves so can we use this..also as per you the compose has to be used in 2 or 3 weeks right...
No, only dry leaves have to be used for composting. The compost has to be used only when its ready after a month - that’s when the bin is full. Leave it for a month- turn the pile every week once.
I have been composting for an year now, started last year 2023 in Aug and since no kitchen waste has gone to landfill from our home. @@rubalgupta315 you can surely add the leftover big chunks of compost in the next bin at the bottom and then add new kitchen waste on top. I’m not sure if it can be used as a replacement for browns. Maybe try it and see if it works.
Hey! That’s another type of composting- vermicompost I haven’t done it myself so don’t have much knowledge. You can check out @wormrani on instagram - she does both aerobic composting and composting with earthworms. You don’t have to add water since the kitchen waste has mostly water

You can add soil at the bottom if you want to but it’s not necessary. The liquid is called compost tea - it’s a good fertiliser- dilute in water and put it in plants and trees.
