I saw Rocky 4 when I was 16 years old. Then I always listen to Rocky and run. I also ran a full marathon. Thanks to Rocky's BGM. This month I was notified of cancer. I was depressed. I have surgery today. I am sad. However, after listening to this Rocky BGM, I decided to run again.

i was running at night while listing to this song it was horrible
I made that mistake dude, lol watched the movie on Netflix before going to bed and then couldn't sleep because of its epicness I than watched all 1-6 movies i continued to stay up after and went to see creed all in that same day. It was worth it tho. When Rocky aka Sylvester Stallone Dies I die with him. Don't live in fear show no mercy. :)

Rocky montages are both loved and hated by me. I love them because they pump you up with the music and cinematography. I also hate them because they make me realize just how out of shape I’m in.
It's strange to think of this franchise in hindsight.
By the beginning of Rocky III he has his brother in law Pauly, his wife Adrian, his son Robert, his coach Micky and his new friend Apollo.
In "Creed" we are faces with a very different Rocky.
Micky is dead.
Apollo is dead.
Adrian is dead.
Pauly is dead.
And Rocky is battling cancer.
I think it’s meant to show how much he’d lost and yet he keeps battling because much like apollo adonis motivates him to be better
Apollo taught him how to be a better boxer while he already had a perfect life with his family and friends and how to deal with difficulties
After rocky became the best he had nothing more to learn about boxing but his life became a living nightmare with all his friends dying and his loved one gone so he finds no point but to kill himself
But creed saved him and gave him a reason to live and in the end even saved him from cancer and gave him a new family

Y'all hMight be too young, but i learned in rocky IV that the old school unconventional long forgotten techniques to train your body can out perform modern styles of training. I'll never do my squats any other way than this.

Rocky's spirit is in inside all of us. I have fought bipolar disorder and back bone joint hernia for many years, taking surgery about six years ago. Always Mickey, Adrian Apollo and Rocky are being with us to fight against regaining my life. My wife and daugher (Also my American parents when I stayed at Stow, OH in 1990 making good to me) all fought for me. No pain! No pain! Also Never will I forget Mickey's strongly encouraging speech when Rocky received a present (Golden Boxing Gloves pendant headed necklace).
