The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place, and I don’t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward; how much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth, but you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!

This should be inspiration for anyone.
No matter what your profession is.
Fight for yourself....not through punching or hitting but through actions and words....you should also choose your words carefully though, too.
As Rocky put it....."Life will hit you hard but you need to hit harder".
Life will sometimes put you on your knees....but you don't have to stay there.
    Get up and fight back.
Life is also about choices and decisions, too.
    It's okay to be afraid.
Just don't let fear consume and control you.
I've always loved the Rocky films.

This "going the distance" track version, from Rocky 2, gives me goosebumps everytime I listen to it. It is directly linked to the first Rocky, and his bravery while he remains standing in front of Apollo, though taking a real punishment, and still don't give up. There is something so dramatic into it. And Rocky 4 first training montage by Vince diCola (not hearts on fire), epic and ultra highly entertaining. Rocky movies and musics made part of my life. Moving, powerful, helpful sometimes. Will never get old.

Each training montage had its own flair and its all the more reason why I loved all of them:
ROCKY felt more natural and spontaneous with a realistic view of training.
ROCKY II felt striking and better as it was a improved version of the 1st one, alongside the agreement of Adrian to have Rocky allowed to train and with the kids and victory cheer, made it more triumphant.
ROCKY III was fierce and wholesome due to a once rival Apollo Creed, now friend training Rocky and sharing a bond together from boxing, all whilst teaching Rocky Creed's unique fighting style.
ROCKY IV was cinematic with the panning of both Rocky and Drago's training sequences, paralleling the modern and traditional way of training, and the ambience at Moscow.
ROCKY BALBOA felt powerful and nostalgic as despite Rocky's old age, can keep up to a rigorous training and we the audience knew that was the last we'll see of him actually training for a fight.
Despite of no training in Rocky V as he a mentor/trainer in that movie, I'm glad they gave they gave the character a chance to fight a proper match for the last time in Rocky Balboa.
