I was just wondering to hear how health feels like. Most of us get so used with pain and inflamation and mucus in our bodies that we even don't recognize it that is there,anymore. For example do you feel signs of premature arthritis in hands and knees? Although I am a vegan , I can feel these signs in me, that makes me reconsider going frugivore raw. 🤾 .Thanks a lot! For the dinner salad I think I would also include sunflower seed's for protein, Avocado for fat, spinach, radishe's, raisins, and berries because they are low in sugar! Soaking rasins in water over night has many health benefits, fig's also on the side and grapes!

spidermiss2426 she doesn't run several mile. she slowly jogs (almost a walking pace) in a corn field and estimates 6 miles when she actually ran 2 miles at the most. in a video she made she literally ran 3 mph.

Im really not trying to be a hater, but as a type 1 diabetic I need to inform that there are different sugars. Fruit sugar is actually okay for diabetics and healthy living. Its the processed stuff thats harmful. My endocrinologist (diabetic doc) actually encourages us to eat more fruits and veggies. It won’t spike the glucose levels. Im not sure if that is what you mean’t by low sugar lifestyle, but that is how I took it.
My favorite thing to put in a salad is probably pesto vinaigrette. After that, I'd say quinoa, beans, and sliced almonds. For context, I went to Sweetgreen for the first time about 2 weeks ago, and the custom bowl I made was basically a green salad with those four things added in. And that was the first time that I was okay with eating a dinner salad as the sole dinner entree. Also, it was crazy delicious, and I recreated it at home and ate that for dinner a lot. (I also experimented a bit to make a "fajita" variation that uses guacamole instead of the pesto vinaigrette, sauteed fajita veggies instead of traditional green-salad veggies, etc. It was also quite delicious.)

You should create a mega-recipe video (or maybe a series)! 13 recipes, one for each year you have been Fully Raw. Each recipe has to represent the year--your struggles, what you learned, the beautiful moments, the ingredient you were obsessed with that year... All of it! I think that would be a wonderful way to get to know you and your journey a little better. :) Besides, 13 is such a powerful number! Play with the energy sutrounding it. Much love!
Idea for 13 year raw vegan...informally interview all those that inspired and or supported you on your journey. Kind of like a party vibe video with those that supported you along the way. 👍🏽
Remember too that as you clean you digestive tract, you will absorb more and NOT need to eat as much. Less $$ on food/produce. I noticed I didn’t need to eat ad much after 2 months on a detox diet of fruits and vegetables. I went to a raw food fest in the Chicago area and one of the panelists said too he doesn’t need to eat that much spice being raw more many years.

Here is a thumbs up for dinner. My favorite thing to put in my salad is peppers, green onions, avocado, romaine, tomatoes, and some type of tahani dressing
that is how I prefer the juices , all green. no fruit, when I eat fruit I eat all fruit. and by the way Kristina is wrong to say "too strong" try the dandelion only juice! that is strong.
I really love that lipstick shade - it suits you beautifully! Is it from 100% pure? Which colour is it? The recipes looked really awesome. I have indeed problems when consuming fruit sugar, as i can really feel fatigued after a fruit meal and get hungry again really fast. A vegetable based meal with healthy fats really keeps my blood sugar constant and me energized foe a long time.
When I lost 12-13 inches of body fat from around my waist in 2016 my body went into ketosis anyway because I cut something like 200 grams of sugar out of my diet per day. I worked for about 2 days last week & I'm not sure if it's because my body wasn't adjusted to work or if there's something missing out of my diet but at the end of the day I felt tired. I ate 2 × oranges , 2 × apples & 2 × strips of non dairy dark chocolate for lunch but I would still feel tired when it was time to go home. I got 7 1/2 hours sleep per night so I'm not sure what made me feel that way,it used to caused by a sugar crash when I was ingesting more sugar in my diet about 10 - 15 years ago.

I'm not fully raw vegan but some days I eat raw. This is the same amount of food I have to eat. I don't do nearly as much exercise as Kristina. Trust me, if you don't eat this much, when eating raw, you will be so skinny. So, those saying that she can't possibly eat this much food, just hasn't tried maintaining weight on a raw diet

Day 3 do an all travel abroad video of what's safe to pack and your favorite vegan friendly countries. Day 4 do a favorite vegan restaurant review throughout the years. And finally Day 5 a 1 million subbie vegan banquet that includes family and friends. These are just thoughts...Peace, Love and Aloha!
Make it simple! Meal 1 In season fruit you like Eg 12 nectarines Meal 2 Another fruit u like 6 mangoes Meal 3 Salad with 2 lb leafy greens Something salty, tomatoes Something sweet, an.apple Dressing etc
so basically a bunch of high carbon footprint imported fruits that primarily provide sugar. any diet that is "hard" is not the food your body wants. it is telling you something you want to ignore.. at your own health risk..
Keep in mind that she runs for 6-9 miles and does hot yoga daily. Runners-burn more sugar. A green smoothie every morning, snack on fruits and rest whole plant based diet and I feel great. Every body’s life style is different, do what works best with your schedule and life style.

How do you maintain a raw lifestyle while also living a busy life? I really want to try eating raw, but it seems like a lot of time to do and between being a mom and working i just dont see how it would all balance? I cant even eat regular now! Help!!
I recommend starting with a green juice or smoothie for breakfast (add some nuts and seeds on the side to level out your blood sugar and keep you full longer), and eating fruits and veggies for snacks. Do that for a couple weeks and then add in a salad for lunch or dinner. Just try to incorporate as many fresh, raw fruits and vegetables into your diet as you can.
Kind of hard to commit to a raw diet if you’re not a person dedicated to that lifestyle not to mention how much vitamin deficiency is in such a diet. Just eat a solid vegan diet
When I tried fruits every day (cantaloupe, honey dew, bananas, strawberries, blueberries) I developed a LOT of gas. Is that normal and if so for how long?

This isn’t keto. I just can’t get over how much you actually eat! Those portion sizes are enough for more than 3 people.
vegetables are so low in nutrients the only way she stays alive is by eating mountains of imported/ non local foods contributing to global warming

Remember too that as you clean you digestive tract, you will absorb more and NOT need to eat as much. Less $$ on food/produce. I noticed I didn’t need to eat ad much after 2 months on a detox diet of fruits and vegetables. I went to a raw food fest in the Chicago area and one of the panelists said too he doesn’t need to eat that much spice being raw more many years.

Here is a thumbs up for dinner. My favorite thing to put in my salad is peppers, green onions, avocado, romaine, tomatoes, and some type of tahani dressing
that is how I prefer the juices , all green. no fruit, when I eat fruit I eat all fruit. and by the way Kristina is wrong to say "too strong" try the dandelion only juice! that is strong.

The recipes looked really awesome. I have indeed problems when consuming fruit sugar, as i can really feel fatigued after a fruit meal and get hungry again really fast. A vegetable based meal with healthy fats really keeps my blood sugar constant and me energized foe a long time.
When I lost 12-13 inches of body fat from around my waist in 2016 my body went into ketosis anyway because I cut something like 200 grams of sugar out of my diet per day.
I worked for about 2 days last week & I'm not sure if it's because my body wasn't adjusted to work or if there's something missing out of my diet but at the end of the day I felt tired.
I ate 2 × oranges , 2 × apples & 2 × strips of non dairy dark chocolate for lunch but I would still feel tired when it was time to go home.
I got 7 1/2 hours sleep per night so I'm not sure what made me feel that way,it used to caused by a sugar crash when I was ingesting more sugar in my diet about 10 - 15 years ago.
Great video! I’d LOVE to hear your thoughts on the increased fat in the lunch and dinner. How does this say of eating compare to the abundance you get to eat when doing low fat/high carb? I'm not fully raw vegan but some days I eat raw. This is the same amount of food I have to eat. I don't do nearly as much exercise as Kristina. Trust me, if you don't eat this much, when eating raw, you will be so skinny. So, those saying that she can't possibly eat this much food, just hasn't tried maintaining weight on a raw diet

I would say do a flash back video marking your vegan journey Day 1. Day 2 do a most shocking questions video about your vegan journey. Day 3 do an all travel abroad video of what's safe to pack and your favorite vegan friendly countries. Day 4 do a favorite vegan restaurant review throughout the years. And finally Day 5 a 1 million subbie vegan banquet that includes family and friends. These are just thoughts...Peace, Love and Aloha!

so basically a bunch of high carbon footprint imported fruits that primarily provide sugar. any diet that is "hard" is not the food your body wants. it is telling you something you want to ignore.. at your own health risk..
Keep in mind that she runs for 6-9 miles and does hot yoga daily. Runners-burn more sugar.
A green smoothie every morning, snack on fruits and rest whole plant based diet and I feel great.
Every body’s life style is different, do what works best with your schedule and life style.
I went raw vegan before I became regular vegan and it was actually easier for me. But it was also expensive for me. :(

Do raw sprouted beans have the potential to be tough on the digestive system MORE or LESS than cooked beans?
How do you maintain a raw lifestyle while also living a busy life? I really want to try eating raw, but it seems like a lot of time to do and between being a mom and working i just dont see how it would all balance? I cant even eat regular now! Help!!
I recommend starting with a green juice or smoothie for breakfast (add some nuts and seeds on the side to level out your blood sugar and keep you full longer), and eating fruits and veggies for snacks. Do that for a couple weeks and then add in a salad for lunch or dinner. Just try to incorporate as many fresh, raw fruits and vegetables into your diet as you can.
Kind of hard to commit to a raw diet if you’re not a person dedicated to that lifestyle not to mention how much vitamin deficiency is in such a diet. Just eat a solid vegan diet
