    Hello Dr, i have sacrolitis and mild gape between both sacrum side. After eating if i am stand up my both legs start tingling and paining but if i am lye down there is no pain or tingling. Now its affect my daily life. Please give me solution

    How often should these be done?

      It depends on what stage of recovery you are in and how your body reacts to treatment, but in general, therapeutic exercises can be done 1-3 times a day, every day.
