Miyamoto himself has likened the Mario cast to an acting troupe, in a vein to the cast of shows like Popeye or Mickey's greyscale days, and that is quite apparent with Bowser. In most shows, he plays the role of a threatening force bent on subjugating the Mushroom Kingdom and even entire galaxies. In others, he's the reluctant comedic ally who is arguably the strongest one in the group. Some spin-offs, he's a troll-ish bully who exists to drag the whole party down, and sometimes he's a willing participant while Wario is one causing mischief.
@@chadpeterson5698 I'm pretty sure he is saying that less out of pure arrogance, and more because he knows that now that he is powered up he can destroy the world.

By far the one of the best Bowser fights in the entire series. Also love that bowser is actually being truly evil in the galaxy games! This is by far his most villainous role EVER!!!,
this type of bowser is definitely the best kind of bowser, a tyrant like being, built for destruction and one goal in mind, to make the universe his. Kinda reminds me of Shao Kahn from the Mortal Kombat series. Galaxy bowser and Shao kahn have similar goals, and since im a big fan of both mario and mortal kombat, this game really gave me a whole bunch of goosebumps. Oh ya and hes stilla pretty good father too lol
Except he is not a tyrant, tyrants rule over their country with an iron fist and fear,Bowser's minions while they might be somewhat scared of his anger follow him out of respect,Bowser literally let's a Goomba leave his troops with no repercussions in legend of seven stars, does that make him good? No,he still tried to destroy the entire universe and recreate his own one and enslaved Toads in paper jam and tries to force someone who doesn't love him into marrying him,but he's not a tyrant,he's a power-hungry conqueror, but tyrants do not care about their underlings,he does.
@@cbfranco3307 your right, i never really though of bowser outside of an evil conquerer, and i've mostly seen the pattern of evil conquerers being tyrants as well, but now that i look at it he does care about his underlings enough to not treat them as useless. This really captures how evil and 100% competent Bowser was in Galaxy. On the same par of Paper Jam where he and his Paper counterpart put Toads to slavery and attempted omnicide.
Eh, personally, I think Juno's Bowser leans WAY too hard on Bowser being childish and dimwitted, especially when he's doing songs like Koopa Road and Adventure's End where Bowser is meant to be the ultimate evil in charge. He's generally is more intelligent and menacing than that. At the very least, Bowser's much more creative with his trash talk than just saying "shmuck" and "clods" over and over again.
If any of you are familiar with the old Star Wars Expanded Universe and Legacy comic series, this theme fits the Sith Emperor Darth Krayt PERFECTLY. He could just as easily be singing this to and about Cade Skywalker. Krayt's spiked armor design even kind of looks like Bowser.

what about, and hear me out
super LUIGI galaxy 3?
All I can see is piccolo singing this...
After I read this I realized he does sound like him
By Piccolo, you mean the one from Dragon Ball? And if you do mean the one from Dragon Ball, would it be the original "King Piccolo" or "Piccolo Jr."?
Truly fantastic job with this cover, as always.
I’ve always been disappointed by how few covers there are of this song; it’s amazing.
For any that are just as curious as I, here's a translation of the latin:
Draco - Dragon
Sol - Sun
Stella - Star
Pugna pro corde omnium mundi - Fight for the heart of all the world
Pretty fitting lyrics!
Thanks
Thank you for the translations
Thank you
Thank you for the translation. 💐
WOW! THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! WELL DONE! Your Bowser voice was MAGNIFICENT! That is exactly how I imagined he would sound! You did a MARVELOUS job, seriously, WELL DONE! X3
Dang, I loved this game when I first played it like 4 years ago, this song perfectly encapsulates the emotion and tension of the final fight, shout-out to you guys for making this awesome piece!
This is awesome! Reinforcing the original 'chorus sounds' was a great touch.
I love it! The fact that the lyrics actually suggest that Bowser can actually destroy the world is...Its just so real. Now do it for an hour.
That's Bowser's arrogance talking, he thinks he's capable of doing that when unless he has an immense power boost he actually can't do that.
Hello Endertron
@@chadpeterson5698 Now do you forget the fact that he does actually have that power? He chooses not to use it.
@@chadpeterson5698 I'm pretty sure he is saying that less out of pure arrogance, and more because he knows that now that he is powered up he can destroy the world.
@@HallowedKeeper_ Not the world, no he can have the power to destroy the universe all right.
Man! the final browser battle in galaxy 2 would be REALLY COOL with lyrics like this one. :>
It’s pretty much the same song with a female choir instead of male.
This is really how I view Bowser's voice, being really serious and scary. I know he's also a lovable brute in the Mario RPG games, but that doesn't mean he ain't serious about punching Fawful in the face.
*Bowser celebrates killing you with some actually good music.*
Still hearing Is still God Tier!
I miss Super Mario Galaxy and still surprised that there still no 3rd sequel yet. I'll still prefer a newer sequel to Odyssey anytime, anywhere!
OKAY!
THAT WAS F**KING EPIC!!! 😃
Excuse my potty mouth, but honestly as Super Mario Galaxy being my favourite game of all-time, that was UNBELIEVABLY amazing!!!
In fact, screw it!
This is my favourite lyrics cover of all-time!!!! 😄
Great job to everyone who was involved in this song!
Yay! I’m glad you liked it! ^^
Ah yes the battle for the sake of the universe between a Italian plumber and the king of turtles (also love how when he says power I sing he straight up screams instead of singing)
1:01 Bowser looks like a little kid jumping into a puddle I love it
I love that turtle bastard🔥
Same
Y’all talking about bowser being this massive threat, and finally getting ti express it here. But Mario is the one who beats him, without any extra strength.
By using the environment of each of those small planets to his advantage.
Yooooo! Mario boss themes are always a treat!
I wouldn't have expected Darby as Bowser - but I shouldn't be surprised he always nails every role!
Nice job bro!! i like it!!
Again, another masterpiece, well done Man On The Internet and keep up the good work! ☺
That opening hyped me up so much!
Bowsers absolute growl is *glorious*
ngl though I was hoping you do what you did for SM64 Bowser levels where Mario and Bowser each ahd a verse
Such an amazing Bowser voice!
Now I just beat this game again even Bowser I feel appreciated. :)
You wouldn't think a voice like that would sound all that good. However, Darby made it work!
This has to be the best Bowser iteration yet! Amazing work!
This was one of those times where Bowser truly deserved to be taken seriously.
"Pugna pro corde omnium mundi" - Latin for "Fight for the heart of all the worlds."
You guys are truly impressive with coming up with lyrics for these wordless songs.
I love how Bowser sounds serious in this song compared to how he sings with cockiness and brashness in previous songs.
This is what made me go back to get to 120 stars as Mario and start replaying as Luigi
0:20 Perfect Stomp Sync
Never in my life did i think bowser was this good at singing
Something I will ALWAYS say about music: If you want it to be epic, *ADD A CHOIR.*
correcting you: add a choir with latin lyrics
@@FuryJack07 Or just sounds that aren't words
The Galaxy games were my childhood games, and this final bowser fight will always be my favorite moment in Mario history, he’s undoubtedly the most evil he’s ever been in these 2 games
Yo the deep voice and background lyrics gave me goosebumps.
When i herd stella i know it was in latin
There are just some voices that fit characters perfectly. This voice for Bowser is a perfect example. I can only pray that Jack Black can do a good job in the new movie this year.
This was always a great song, and it got better!
I love SMG so much, and no one makes songs about this Game, thank You Man On The Internet, My favorite boss theme in Mario's Series
By far the one of the best Bowser fights in the entire series. Also love that bowser is actually being truly evil in the galaxy games! This is by far his most villainous role EVER!!!,
Amazing! Finally an accurate Bowser voice singing
Damn, you can _feel_ the menace from Bowser in this song.
That harmony while bowser sings is heavenly
this type of bowser is definitely the best kind of bowser, a tyrant like being, built for destruction and one goal in mind, to make the universe his.
Unlike Shao Kahn. I still believe Shao Kahn and Bowser are pretty similar characters.
Epic moment of 2022 good job man on internet!
0:01 my favorite part
Man, that graveling - incredible. Well done!
Alex once again gets a chance to break out those sweet sweet Latin lyrics.
i love Moti and junos bowsers, but i once again am here to stan for Darby, like shit this is powerful sounding
You know Bowser will be known as a threat when the Latin kicks in, this is epic
Feels weird not hearing Juno as Bowser. But now let's just say Juno has some competition...
This is the earliest I've ever been to one of the men on the internet's videos I always see it an hour later
At some parts Bowser sounds like hes screaming, and I love it
AMAZING.
great song!
HOW WAS THIS 13 HOURS AGO?!??!?!
@@freakyweezer2 he's a patron person
@@IkeReviews Ah thanks.
These lyrics make an already epic final boss even more epic!!!!
1:36 that was well timed
This is astronomical and I love it! Now I wanna see you lyricize the Final Bowser Battle from Galaxy 2!
1:41 to 1:51 and 0:39 to 0:57 look like Bowser is throwing out RPG style cinematic ultimate attacks. I really love that.
Dude, this goes harder than it should.
I cannot wait for the 1 hour version due to how short it is...
This song is absolutely exquisite. There is an X as well as Qs and Zs, but no J. Kind of sad but I still really love the song a lot.
1:28 my favorite part...i love bowser,
when I was a child he was my only best friend and my only friend in general, you could always count on him and now that I have grown up I have finally realized my dream of buying me his peluches...great job❤️✌️
I want a 1 hour version of this master piece!
This really captures how evil and 100% competent Bowser was in Galaxy. On the same par of Paper Jam where he and his Paper counterpart put Toads to slavery and attempted omnicide.
Banger
While I think Juno's Bowser is more accurate, Darby's voice fits more with the more serious tone of this battle and Mario Galaxy in general.
@@andrewt329 That's rude to Juno.
@@salvadorhernandeztwitchpro1332
It's just an opinion.
Can't help it if I don't like what he did.
Finally somebody made it
A final boss music video of one of the best video games I’ve ever played
If any of you are familiar with the old Star Wars Expanded Universe and Legacy comic series, this theme fits the Sith Emperor Darth Krayt PERFECTLY. He could just as easily be singing this to and about Cade Skywalker. Krayt's spiked armor design even kind of looks like Bowser.
Bowser: *literally tries to anhilate the universe*
The fandom: HE'S GOOD. STOP BULLYING OUR INNOCENT CUTE TURTLE!
Wow, that was cool!! Mario Galaxy is my all-time favorite game in the world, no questions asked! This just made my day! Great job, man! I'm hitting the like button!
