I like your suggestion of matching tonal clothing to create new looks and the outfits you put together here to demonstrate. This is the first time I've come across one of your videos and I would like to make a suggestion to you, as a health care provider, and as a person with degenerative disc disease and daily back pain. When you stop to pose and while you are walking, your pelvis is thrust forward, putting greater stress and strain on your lower back. Try standing and walking with your pelvis tilted back, tummy slightly pulled in. This puts your spine in better alignment and helps develop core muscle strength. Doing this now, could save you from developing low back pain, scoliosis (curvature of the spine) or other age related diagnoses later in life. I mean no offense by mentioning this - it is something I wish had been brought to my attention when I was still young enough to correct it, before permanent damage was done.

Unfortunately, I inherited the condition from my Dad and his poor spine was just crumbling apart by the time he died. There was nothing left that could even be fused together. Like him, my whole spine is affected, but luckily there is still enough bone to work with. I'm only 60 and my husband and I have a lot of living left to do and a lot of adventuring in our plans so I really hope things are going to work out! I hope your daydreams of pain free days are able to be realized to some extent. Of course, as a pain patient myself, I know the treatment goal is to reduce your pain to a manageable level, not eliminate it. There are two pieces of advice I would offer you. The first, physical therapy and regular, moderate exercise are the best things you can do for your body. A trained physical therapist is the best in designing an exercise program suitable to your diagnosis and in providing different modes of pain management. The second is to stay educated. Educate yourself about your diagnosis, medications you take and new ones that are available, different modalities of pain management, new procedures available that treat your diagnosis, etc. Don't depend on your physicians to provide all this information to you, they often aren't aware of the latest treatment options for everything, they don't have that kind of time. Be your own advocate and make sure you get the best treatments available so that days spent in less pain don't have to be daydreams. (Sorry for my sermon, I spent my career in health care as a patient advocate and can't get out of the habit of looking out for the well being of others!) I hope things go well for you! 😊
PJs are so comfortable, but please do not wear them out in public. Not even just the bottoms with a tshirt! Also, for those of us who get the blues, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), or have clinical depression, perhaps ditch the PJs. You can feel just as relaxed in a short cotton dress, or a tunic length tshirt with a pair of footless tights underneath, and if you look better, you'll feel better!
Pro tip used clothing dye to get all your black clothing a similar tone, for easier mixing and matching! pay attention to the undertone of the black dye you're buying - is it blue, green or purple based, which goes with your skin tone better? cheers

I actually think a kitten heel looks classier and more sophisticated than a high heel. High heels in the evening can lean towards a lady of the night vibe too quickly if the outfit is showing skin, so I always opt for a lower heel in these situations. At the end of the day though, people should wear what makes them happy 😊

Bright colors works as well you can do reds and oranges or reds and pinks, greens and blues, purples and deep reds ie adjacent colours if you don’t have enough in for example green or use green with a pattern which has Green in it or multiple patterns which have some common color connecting them just a couple of examples brown and purple btw looks stunning as well

The thing with me is that color is not even an issue at this point, i have not met a top in my life which suits my bodytype. I have an inverted triangle type of body and not bcz of my shoulder but bcz of my chest, and this makes all the outfits look so oldie and i look like a middle aged woman .
I am 5'2", and I ALWAYS wear nude shoes. I have them in all stiles, and when I buy them, I make sure the color is close to my legs skin tone. I notice that this makes my legs look a bit "longer"
