I watched it live and was standing up, jumping up & down screaming at my TV. I knew I was watching a truly epic performance and I still feel it was one of the best ever live duet performances I have ever seen/heard. So glad you liked it and it didn’t disappoint.
Stapleton and Timberlake have a one-take video that is great musically but is art from the point of view of the videography. And you have to look at another live performance called Cold. The woman is his wife. She is a good writer and sings well but her greatest success, and Chris', are the five kids they produced. Stable family. Love what you do. There is a heaven on earth. One impressive thing about Stapleton is his ability to work quickly. His song, Daddy Doesn't Pray Anymore was written in just a few minutes. But his wife pointed out that the speed is not the impressive part because he has so much stuff in his head it is never truly new. He just borrows the bits and pieces and puts them together depending on mood, motivation, and circumstance. The fact that he can do that and still be sociable and level-headed is what impresses me. Great artists seldom have that stability and common sense.

She also helped push him to be a performer since he was a song writer for so long before he even decided to sing his music. Chris Stapleton, despite having won new artist of the year in 2015 at the CMAs, was relatively unknown because he did not receive a ton of air play until after he won. They were not going to give him a spot to perform that night, but he had met Justin Timberlake prior to this and they were friends (Stapleton has written songs for what seems like most of the music industry) and the CMA organizers said that if he could get Justin to come perform, they'd give him 2 slots. What's bad is that there were other performers that had to go on after that later in the show. Imagine how hard that would have been! The lady stage left is Morgane Stapleton. She sings harmony on the Tennessee Whiskey record as well. This song is not original, it was previously recorded by David Alan Coe, but Chris made it his own by rearranging it. Glad you found him! He's one of the most amazing voices in history for sure!

I think you need to do a reaction video to Chris Stapelton's song, "COLD" (studio verson). He's from Kentucky, his genre is mostly Country Soul/Country Blues. Damn.. this man can sing, his voice is amazing.. it has so much emotion that you can feel it.
