Good morning I use a Brother garment printer, but I have a problem when printing white color, as it does not appear evenly. Is the problem in the print settings, pre-processing, or something else? Please accept my thanks
Hi there, i have a problem mostly with red color. It doesn't cover well enough. On the test print everything is ОК but when I print on t-shirt it gets scraped and the white is visible.Any idea why this is happening?

🙏Hi. What you can say about printhead? How long it last? How often it’s getting clogged? Did you ever unclog the printhead? What’s the cost for ink? Does the Broters work offer a technician on the go if need to fix some not common issues with printer?
The normal gtx printhead not as reliable as gtxpro. We sold some GTXpro and 2years nobody change printhead yet. Cost may varies by region. We are appointed dealer we we will be doing servicing so yea our customer can call us anytime should they require support. Not sure how it works at ur area.
Hey Brother, didn't expect a quick reply. Thank you! So, I have air in the white tubes. Been dealing with the same issues for more then three months. It's late in New York so I have to wait till tomorrow and see if tech support will get to me. Will keep you posted. Thanks again.
@@websurfer2344 make sure all tubes tighten up. sometimes need to pops the cover to check. also make sure all the pouches properly rolled up. then do a proper ink charge.
@@amedionteo we've done it. The pouch keeps leaking ink. I think the ink cartridge pouch is not rolling the pouch thoroughly allowing air to some how seap in when I perform the daily shake.
@@websurfer2344 the pouch shouldn't have air inside. Make sure the tip there is okay and also the cartridge there dont have solidified white inks making a gap between needle and the rubber.. that's where the air goes in.
It will work but won't look as good as t-shirt cause the texture kinda rough from what i saw in their website. You probably need to add pretreatment/highlight.

well it depends on the problem. Does not appear evenly usually pretreater issue. Need to see picture.

@nzed316 pretty much same like normal gtx except u dont have to shake ink daily. No cost shown. Only shows ink consumption then u have to do the math.

You need to use white pause mode.

@@innapevcova7081 slow down the speed by using white pause. Also try reduce pretreatment if the print already very solid.

just use the standard setting will do. Tweak your pretreatment.

Pro B saves more on ink costing but machine price is higher. If you have volume then Pro B. Otherwise they're pretty much same. :)
