What's interesting is that literally two weeks before this video, I started playing an early c5 against the London to get the reversed QGD setup. My reasoning was that if white is going to play solidly but fairly passively, this setup gives decent attacking chances.
Without seeing the video, I literally played this game, with Bf5 and Qb6, even including the Knight manoeuvre to attack the weak b2 pawn. After the light squared bishop trade and the defense of the pawn, however, I didn't play b4 over the board. I considered it but eventually didn't see the advantage because I saw the line with the white rook on the b file after I won the pawn and it didn't look too great to me. Sure, I liked my extra pawn but I preferred White's activity. In the end, I developed my bishop and castled, white started an attack on the king's side, I defended successfully and the game ended in a draw.

Good video showing how to win as black after the queens are traded. I got caught in this line as white a few times before I discovered that white has 7) Nh4! instead of 7) Qb3? Once the black bishop is kicked off that diagonal (or traded on g6), white has the normal Qb3 with a slightly better game.

I happened to stumble across Eric's LiChess study for this game last night. Probably right after the video was filmed. So, I missed out on the "pause the video" moments because I've already analyzed the game. But on the other hand I've got some extra insight into where white went wrong.
According to stockfish White's Rc1 was the first mistake, although I'm not sure if I agree. The engine suggests h4 instead, but honestly many of the possible lines that follow are very similar to the actual game so it's not really a big improvement.
Where white _really_ went wrong was when he castled. After black plays b4 white had to play Nb1. It's an "only move" situation. White is still on the defensive and slightly inferior, but everything holds unless somebody blunders later
