No.1 for me is FACIAL EXPRESSIONS,I got my deep lines when I'm 13 years old from non-stop meeting of my two eyebrows, now that I'm 36 it's still the only wrinkles that I have.

Also: exercise, healthy diet, de-stress, get 6- 7 hrs sleep minimum. Avoid sugar, alcohol & processed foods (especially processed meat: which is cangerogenic). minimize screen time to only what’s necessary: blue light from a screen is as bad or worse than sun damage to skin, (eat 5 -7 vegetables / salads daily, 1 -2 servings of fruit also). 2 -3 protein servings and 3 -4 carb servings daily. Drink lots of water. Use green tea.

You shouldn’t be eating 3-4 carb servings daily, maybe over a week. Look into the keto diet if you want to be healthy and keep your blood sugar levels low. You mentioned avoid sugar, well carbs become sugars when digested.

What to take away from this video:
    1. The main 2 reasons wrinkles occur is because of genetics and sun exposure.
    2. The most important thing you can do is sun protection. Use SPF 30 or above, apply 15-20 before sun exposure. Reapply every 2-3 hours or every time you get out of the water.
    3. Keep skin hydrated, moisturize in the morning and at night.
    4. Use creams to treat and prevent fine lines. The cream should contain retinal because it stimulates collagen production in the skin, which prevents wrinkles.
Don't forget to include your neck in your skincare routine! Make sure you apply sunscreen on your neck and ears, and drink plenty of water.

Also exercise reduces oxidative stress. 30 mins walk or cycle or swim daily.
HIIT exercise every second day. Weights 4 days a week. Stay away from protein powders/ protein bars/ and smoothies (there is evidence these release too much sugar and are bad for the heart, which is bad for the skin). Only 1 to 2 tablespoons of nuts or seeds daily. These are full of omega 6 which in exessive amounts is bad for the skin.
Give up caffeine if you can (it raises cortisol which is the stress hormone), or just minimise to one cup of green tea or decaf coffee in the morning.
Make sure to drink lots of water daily. Avoid products made from flour (these are highly processed and are released into the blood stream very quick, like a sugar rush). Evidence shows that using a sauna daily for two 20mins sessions, increases HGH levels, which also keep a person youthful.

Row se I'm not sure if it's true or real but I personally always had a feeling that moving your face muscles leads to these folds and wrinkles as well....I've trained myself not to raise or lower my eyebrows and not to "squeeze" my eyes when I'm laughing...Always had that weird feeling in my stomach that these things lead to heavier folds and wrinkles....

RIZWANA YOUSUF - Get yourself Hyaluronic acid get the one from Neutrogena make sure it says ( extra dry). Put it on after you wash your face make sure your face is still damp. This will help plump up your skin under your eyes. After then put on your moisturizer the same one you use for your face you can use on your eyes.

    Tips!
Don’t Raise You Eyebrows often as it gives you wrinkles above your eyebrows
Don’t Smile too much (as in don’t smile too hard) the wrinkles will appear on your cheeks
Don’t be too Stressed because you get some wrinkles and that’s why some Old People with Wrinkles mostly gets a lot of Wrinkles
Thank I hope this works! Stay Safe & Healthy Everyone! 🥺👉👈
