      Nothing worth’s more than a good night sleep on my stomach. I have witnessed back sleepers aging way faster than me. Enjoy ur sleep ❤

    Am a stomach sleeper and mostly on my right face.i came looking for solution bcuz my right side of face has wrinkled more and I realized my sleeping position might be a culprit. I find it difficult sleeping on my back and can stay awake on bed for so long no matter how sleepy I feel but I need to try training my body to accept the new sleeping position which is my back. Thanks so much for this educational video.

    I'm 63 and started sleeping on my back about 5 years ago. I have no wrinkles around my eyes but my forehead looks like train tracks/bull dog forehead. I started using a retinol cream which made them worst. The forehead lines which were at one time barely visible, are now deeply embedded.

      Have you tried frownies patches? They’re supposed to be great for forehead wrinkles.

    In Indonesia we calls that “bantal guling” or “rolling pillow” if it’s literally translated. It’s long and round pillow. Oh, great channel btw

    Another solution: Sleep on a Dream Skin pillowcase made with super soft JuveTex (made in USA) fabric. It's the only pillowcase clinically proven to diminish sleep lines, creases and wrinkles.

    You cannot prevent wrinkles when sleeping as when you sleep because when you sleep you never know what potion you sleep in as you roll all over in bed know one can lay still as you could easily sleep walk so are trying to stop wrinkles then I think is silly if get old all people get wrinkles why prevent them😮

      Using pillows that are designed for sleeping on your back and using pillows or rolled up towels under your knees can help with this.

    This is confusing to follow. She doesn’t recommend side sleeping. Yet she is telling us to sleep on our side. And what does the long pillow putting between your legs have to do with your face. And if your sleeping on your side that means one side of yiur face is getting squished. Doesn’t make sense

    • @faceyogamethod
      @faceyogamethod  Месяц назад

      We are recommending that you sleep on your back. The pillow between your legs makes it easier and helps you not turn over at night 😉
