If you mean the ending of the animation where she suddenly turns around, that is because it is a separate scripted sequence that plays after the climb ladder one, I forgot to check the angles for it.
There are 2 programs that convert blue shift maps to work with HL1 maps format, try one of them: valvedev.info/tools/bspfix/ www.moddb.com/games/half-life-blue-shift/downloads/blue-shift-unlocked-v112 All you need to do is to open the map with the program and it's done. The program is also a 2 way, so you can convert normal HL maps to work with blue shift.
