I know this is kind of late but do these glasses have a 3DoF feature? Where you can set the apps or whatever it is you're doing in fixed locations and you're able to turn your head without it following to the center
@@MCToxication Hi,MC.Thanks for asking. INMO Air2 can activate 6 DoF feature in INMOVERSE APP(which in the beta stage).
i would rather use a full helmet only because I know i could fully shield out the microwave Radio signal..
So this a sponsored review? I have these glasses and there are a lot of issues with them. They don’t seem ready for production.
If you don't mind sharing, are you able to share a list of issues you've experienced with them so far?
I've had these glasses for about three months. The frames aren’t adjustable, so they may not fit everyone's face properly. When they don't fit, you can't see the screen correctly-it appears off-center, below your line of sight. The RUclips app is the only software that works consistently, and even that is buggy. The resolution of the glasses is terrible; the screen is small, making it difficult to see images clearly. Additionally, the translator feature and the ChatGPT app doesn't work. The company's technical support is lacking. I contacted them and never received a response. Ultimately, I had to file a claim with PayPal. It feels like a product that should not have been released.
I just got them today and it also doesn’t have more than the 4-5 apps it’s getting advertised with, I’ll try them for another day but to be honest they’re not very efficient, I think I’ll just return them because it’s very laggy when doing phone casting to it.
@@franklingarrett7996if there is not WiFi can the glasses read PDF
I could tell. Clunky = clunky
"One of the things I like most about the Air 2 is that these just look like normal glasses"
We're getting there, these things are getting smaller and thinner all the time now. However, I have to disagree. These things are definitely shaped odd enough with enough visual clues to give away that they are some piece of tech doing something. They've got thick enough arms, and have visible cameras/sensors next to each lens. The lenses themselves are an awkward shape. These don't look close enough to normal for people to consider these things in everyday use. Until this tech reaches that point, I don't think it's ever going to truly take off. It could be the greatest piece of tech in the world, but if it looks a little weird, people aren't going to wear it.
As much as I _don't_ want to buy anything Apple makes, I think they're on the right track with making them look like their own thing. For the most part, eye glasses are designed to be unobtrusive which leaves no room for added technology. Starting with glasses and then trying to modify them to fit the technology is just too limiting. Put the technology you need in it, then make it look like something people will be willing to wear.
I mean can we just move on from traditional glasses already? I mean they've been the same since 1727. This is why we can't ever have any futurist looking tech.
At this stage, we have to admit that the product looks futuristic in appearance. But one thing we can be sure of is that a lighter and smaller appearance will be welcomed by everyone, and this is what we have been pursuing.
I am not tech smart but do they have web browser without having wire to mirror a device?Thankyou!
I have inmo air glasses 2and wanted to register with massager, but when I enter my email address I automatically go to password. Does anyone know what I can do?
OK, so you can send the screen off an iPad to the glasses and you get picture and sound in the glasses and you can turn the volume up and down.. What if I want the audio to come out of the iPad to a home cinema via the 3.5mm jack out? Would that work? What if I'm watching something on the glasses while in a public area and want to remain aware of my surroundings - can the transparency of the projected imagery be adjusted? I've asked the makers these questions a few times and don't get sensible responses. TIA
Greatly considering the Kickstarter, how likely is it that I won't get a unit if I do?
Pretty interesting stuff honestly, like the idea of language translation especially!
It will be nice when these products actually look like something I would wear in public. Not there yet, but eventually tech will get small enough to be used in slim glasses frames.
@@doctorspook4414I wonder why they just don't make it a lanyard. You do USB type c in the back on both sides that connects to a very small battery near the neck or back of the head. That way you could actually sell different battery sizes. The bigger the battery the longer the cable so you could store it in your pocket.
I personally prefer the glasses just be a wireless display since I don't think the general public will ever get over people with cameras on their faces walking around.
the thing is these glasses arent supposed to be normal sun glasses its more that you just dont look super stupid like apple vision pro
Doesn't look that bad.
@@thatgoodpainviture does that
Well you should prefer quality of the display over needing it like a fashion statement imo
can you feed the camera to the screen for closeups or reading tiny text
Did he really gone the whole video without telling us the resolution or did I just miss it? looked it up and it’s 480p. Cool project but it’s a hard pass for me on this one.
He also didn't mention the price yet calls it affordable. These things are $800. The Viture glasses, which are 1080p, are $500 or so and people were saying those aren't affordable. I don't think he understands what affordable is.
It's not even 480p, it's 640x400 and I hope that's per-eye. Nor, for that matter, is it AR since it doesn't have sensors or anything that would allow it to smartly overlay labels or directions over real-world objects. It's a head mounted display, nothing more.
He also didn't mention if they have 3dof or 6dof which would make a huge difference.
@@MrDc3d It has 0dof, it doesn't detect movement at all.
And it is a kickstarter project.. was actually about to buy it
Does the camera have a zoom?
How do you install your own APK
Great informative video. I have several questions about the ring. Does it have a track pad or is it just the directional buttons? Also, does it connect to the glasses through Bluetooth, and if so, can you connect the ring to a phone to use as a pointing device?
Hi, there. Thanks for asking. It's a good question! You can control the glasses via direction buttons or you can change the mode to "Mouse mode" that allows the INMO Ring to track your hand movements(just like a mouse in the air). At the "Mouse mode" there also a mouse pointer showing up to let you know how to move your hand to click anything you want. And yes, the INMO Ring is able to connect to your phone.
@@inmoarglasses thank you for the reply!
Where do you get the mobile app you showed in your video for the device?
There is a QR code for downloading the app in the manual.😎
Love this product category continue the good work! Too bad it's a kickstarter though
Their first ones were a Kickstarter aswell. I did purchase them but it wasn't fully developed. Most functions advertised weren't implemented, they did update them as time went on but still lacked other stuff unless you are knowledgeable with installing apk or adb pushing apps.
@@xGrimWolfx Doing they have a web browser to surf internet without being wired and mirroring device? Thanks!
Thanks for interesting!🥰
@@xGrimWolfx Thanks for the support, w have also updated the firmware many times in the past few months, you can upgrade your experience.
Hello everyone, I've had this pair of glasses for almost 3 weeks and unfortunately I couldn't connect with my phone, I don't know how to proceed. I also don't know where the wifi function is on the phone. ! There really isn't an explicit tutorial on how to connect these glasses. I installed the application but I don't know how to proceed.... Can someone help me with a video? Maybe on this channel I am waiting for a detailed review with these glasses and their functions from A to Z. Precisely for this reason, Nreal or Rokid max are easier to install because they are connected with a cable and it is much simpler. I also have these glasses...
I am so looking forward to the future of AR/VR sunglasses.
It seemed like a dream to me at first, but now it doesn’t! But, phones are here to stay for like 7-8ish more years in my opinion. Phones are not to go sometime soon.
I have a glasses how do you get RUclips on their?
How long of the battery last for listening to music and watching movie?
You can listen to music for 5-6 hours or watch a movie for 2.5 hours.😶🌫
can you google stuff when you connect your phone??
What’s the price?
Somebody said 7" screen, could you clarify either 7" or 70" screen. Thanks.
Gotta love two vids in a day 😮
This would’ve helped me so much during my math class college days.
I agree with you😢
I agree with you😢
I have a feeling that something like Kiroshi Optics will be invented in the future very soon😉
Home and Office revamps, teaching and repairs. Capture the area and make changes live. Look at the wall make it blue switch to green. Look at the seating area and load in a photogrammetry object capture of a chair or a couch rotate and place. Have a student wearing and the experienced person circle or highlight the focus area.
No it doesn’t have web browser or email client app and their App Library is very limited a very few apps are available.
Can we use them as plain glasses with all the features instead of the sunglasses
Finally its time to buy a trip to Japan. Real life subtitles!
The navigation feature would be cooler if they are like google maps with the ar arrows or like on a hugh end S-class the arrows in it's HUD
It's not AR, it doesn't have accelerometers or gyroscopes, so it can only show the map. Calling it AR is a lie, it's a HUD.
@@StarkRGit does support 3dof
These are cool!
This definitely doesn't sound like AR, it just sounds like a basic head mounted display like we've had for decades in various forms. In order for it to be Augmented Reality it would need to interact with things in the real world such as overlaying POI labels on landmarks or displaying your mapped route on the ground in front of you. Of course, in order to do that, you'd need a much more powerful processor, actual sensors, probably another camera, and definitely a much bigger battery.
Also, I feel like a transparent display wouldn't be good for watching videos. Not to mention that 640x400 (which I'm _really_ hoping is per-eye) would have barely been acceptable for the head mounted displays that were available in the mid-1990s (which was sold either by Sharper Image or SkyMall).
Don't get me wrong, there is certainly a place in this world for non-AR, head-mounted displays like this, but I am not cool with the lies required to market it as an AR device.
Finally someone else gets it.
These aren't AR glasses, they're dual HUDs!
OP comment seriously needs to get pinned, the amount of false advertising out there of ''''''AR'''''' products is insane ATM.
The absolute *MINIMUM* requirement for something to be AR is object recognition of real life objects - even then that's closer to MR.
The *minimum* requirement*s* of *usable* AR products are; *real time* object recognition, *direct line of sight* (i.e. no opaque material blocking line of sight, nor purely just the displays providing pass through) and audio (even if it's just a pair of ear-phones).
Calling this AR is like calling that macdonalds toy where you pear through a whole to look at sliding-reel of pictures "VR".
I just bought the nreal airs and honestly the transparency is fine. Not good enough for a primary screen but good enough for an option. By primary screen I mean if be ok with them replacing my phone in the future but not my TV without the black out shield. But TV's aren't going anywhere since they are communal in nature.
No. You just need to develop apk for those features instead of waiting for someone else.
@@xc864 You can't write software to compensate for non-existent sensors.
Google what augmented reality means , it means putting computer generated images in the users view of the real world environment, so it's doing exactly that lol , it got nothing to do with interaction , if you want an interaction get a VR
Alguien sabe la clave de modo desarrollador
amazing!!!!!
Im sold
How do I change the language to English please help me
Go to settings and change the language
Yo what’s up ufd tech
New viewer here. You sound almost identical to Kevin from vsause 2
They’ve got to be heavy. I can’t imagine being able to wear these very long without ear pain and a headache.
These aren't AR glasses, they're dual HUDs.
These just look like normal glasses. 😂
They don't look like a normal glasses, nothing about this design is normal
Very budget
It still looks goofy. I'll await until it looks like normal glasses
... no, they do not look like normal glasses. :D
Definitely does not look like normal glasses 😅
They do not look like normal glasses.
класс
Well I guess I can’t trust your review of them. “These just look like normal glasses”? Mhm 😂 on what planet?
These things look fecking hideous and considering that they're running an Android phone in them, I'm betting they get pretty hot especially when charging.
?
Have them on when ur around Hispanic or Asian people and see them talking shit lol
I'm sorry but they don't look normal at all. Nobody would buy sunglasses shaped like that lol
These are more expensive than most on the market...this dude ain't legit
hi
Hello
Affordable? Nreal has a way better price and seem way better.
2.5 hours of video is absolutely unacceptable. If only there was a stealthy, wireless verison that can last 8 hours. You know, cause of work. :B....
This looks terrible.. il wait till Apple comes out with there version
they are horrible
can my friend see what I see when I video call them?
