wonderful talk! I was procrastinating some stuff when watching this video.. Really made me understand what I was doing wrong.. Thinking of the big picture is keeping me from doing the small steps..

As a first grade teacher, this rings true when trying to motivate and encourage young readers and writers. And for myself of course, as I continue along the hare trail losing excess weight and feeling healthier every week! Thank you again for these webinars!

I am slightly jealous of Gustavo's natural disarming charm. I have liked this man from the first time I heard him. This is Doug Lisle's best talk IMHO. It solves the mystery why so many of us sabotage ourselves time and time again. And offers help to fight the good fight to it's conclusion. Can't wait for more Gustavo. Swoon!!

I love this ! It makes so much sense! I am excited. I can see clearly several different stages of my life that coincide with each of his descriptions. I am so inspired Dr. Lisle.

Funny, when I found the starch solution, I was interested in getting my cholesterol down and losing weight. And I thought and said to my husband, I'm just going to try it. It was an experiment. And in 3 weeks, my cholesterol was way better. And now I'm working on my weight. And I'm right on target with the weight loss, a pound a week. So happy I found all of you.😊

I wonder how much the average woman's weight gain by the time she's 36 has to do with having babies. I certainly can get my weight to the 160s after having a baby but then get back down again
