thanks for the video bro it is very informative im actually trying to use a dj hero controller as a midi device for ableton live 9 so i have alot tweaking to do to make it work but ill keep you posted

Where did you find the scripts? Or can you share the file somewhere like on google docs or something? It'd be nice because I can't find any working scripts anywhere and it's gonna take a long time if I do it manually
I can try to see if I can find them but I probably won't be able to till tomorrow as of a site you can find them right away on theres a chance there might be a few useful scripts on this site " wiiglovepiescripts.blogspot.com " but like I said ill try to find all the ones I have too sometime.

i know its old and all that stuff but does it not work on newer wiimotes? i got the one with TR and glovepie is not recognizing it at all (a very old one from 2006 works though..)
Not to sure I never had a wii motion plus remote so its possible. If I ever get one i'll pin a updated comment to say if they do or dont. Sorry for the late reply though and sorry I couldnt be of much help.
Wiimote works well with dolphin games but doesnt work well in desktop and windows games. Is there a way to improve dolphin bar tracking? Something like a diferent config. Etc ? Sory x my english xd
I haven't messed with it in awhile since the dev stopped maintaining the program so I would have to look more into it. I would perhaps try to make sure you got the latest version of glovepie then give it a try again.

I have been keeping a eye on this for awhile but they are working on decompilation for the program so hopefully it will get better support etc for newer windows versions. This github project seems promising.

Could you please give a link to download exactly that script been showed in your video (Wii motion mouse.PIE) I've tried bunch of them, none is workable in my case. The yours looks to be perfect and anyway this is what I need - simple mouse imitation with no other features. I'll appreciate a lot if you help
I'll try to look for it. It's been awhile since I used that specific script but sure if I find it ill put a link too it.
I may have lost it I got every other script including ones I made for mech warrior online but for some reason that one for controlling the mouse I can't find sorry I guess it never got backed up from my old laptop. But if I do ever find it i'll be sure to leave you a comment k.

Gerardo Gomez At the time I had a bluetooth dongle but if your computer has bluetooth built in all you should need is GlovePie and to connect the remote to the computer just check under control panel and hit add device and hit 1 and 2 repeatedly till it connect's if it helps just look up how to connect bluetooth device and build in what OS is on your computer.
Oh wow I definitely should remake this video this is a really old video and now I have lot's better software to record and edit with now and plus the method to hook up a Wii remote to window's 8 is a little bit different but it generally the same way.

Not yet honestly forgot that was a busy week if I remember but hopefully soon I can remake it I plan on doing a ton of other Diy things and tutorials.

MrSilksoul Never heard of WiiMouse but glove pie will let you load a script to use your Wii remote as a mouse and for as using it in CoD to be honest I used it with CoD before I don't know which one but yea if I remember right it worked out well but you might have to tweak a script or make your own in GlovePie.

everytime i hit run my wiiremote disconnect from glovepie but it is still connect on my pc
It might be the bluetooth adapter or the version of glovepie I know with some versions wii remotes had issues if changing to another version of glovepie don't work try disconnecting the wii remote and re add it to the pc.
Being it seems all glovepie forums are dead I figured I'd ask here. Anyone know how to adjust ir position and or cursor positions through glovepie? Works well but it's off on the edges and cursor is a bit high. 55" 4k if that matters
Sadly I don't quiet remember hopefully someone helps you out that does know. I been trying to dig up my old scripts for glove pie and re-record this video but it been taking me awhile, when I either find or remake my wii glove pie scripts I could try to see if there is a way to adjust the ir postion I remember it being a option.
please give me code to have glovepie connect the wiimote automatically if you can..
There's no code Bro just on Windows 8 it disconnects randomly I have used it on Windows 10 in a let's play and the disconnect glitch was gone. You can try to disconnect the Bluetooth adapter or install different Bluetooth driver software if none of that works if you can try it on another pc.

For Me It Just Keeps Flashing For A While And Then Turns Off.
The Wii remote? yeah I understand how it can be some Bluetooth adapters can be a bit wonky with it but just hit search for Bluetooth devices and keep hitting 1 and 2 on the remote it will eventually connect. If this has a issue though it might be the buttons you could also try to take back off remote and where the battery goes push the button its the same thing as hitting 1 and 2 on remote.
That's Not What I Meant To Say, Once I Connected It, It Was Turning Off After A Bit. But No I Tried Something And It Keeps Spamming 1 Button Mapped Key
Oh it keeps disconnecting. Like there are many reasons this could be happening like I know with my old bluetooth adapter I had this issue but with the one built in my pc it hasn't done this yet it might just be an adapter issue if you have another adapter or pc try it on that but if it continues to happen and u have a phone try to pair it too that you may need a app if you do though.
How do I move my cursor with my Wii Remote?
Ok now this isn't to easy to answer cause I have had a hard time programming mouse movements with a Wii remote but there is a forum with tons of pre-made scripts I use to use a few but since my pc got wiped a few weeks ago I lost them your best bet is too google them there are some for motion moving the mouse or aiming the wii remote at the sensor.. heres a link for some scripts I saw there is a mouse one wiiglovepiescripts.blogspot.com/

The blue lights on my Wii Remote won't stop flashing after I connected to the PC.
Well did you run the script in glove pie once you run it the light should stick unless the script has it turned off. Another reason might be that it didn't pair to the pc properly back when I used a Bluetooth adapter it gave me issue but I haven't had issues with it since I upgraded to a pc with Bluetooth built in. Also check the version of glovepie you got some old ones didn't have Wii support.

Hmm I would suggest trying a lower version if you can if it don't work switch back to 0.45 i'd send you a link for the one I had but the site seems to be down at the moment. Also sorry if I reply slow RUclips needs to fix the comment notifications for me or something lol. Oh another thing if you have access to another pc try it on the other pc it might be a bluetooth driver issue but without seeing it with my own eyes I can't help much.
If you dont want to do this just buy a dolphin bar it has a mouse mode
But dolphin bar as far as I am aware is just a ir bar similar to the Wii bar except it plugs in the Pc? I just use a wireless ir bar I got cheap although through glovepie you can also use your mouse and its super easy to make a ir bar using a old corded Wii bar.. Any way thanks for the comment it was interesting to see the dolphin emulator came out with there own Wii Bar.

Sorry I keep meaning to remake this video and I usually have links to everything but this is a older video so either the link was removed or I forgot to do it. If I ever get around to doing a remake on this and make a more updated video ill change the title for a few days and then remove this video for the other with all links and scripts combined.
