The Spacegodzilla design was based on Super Godzilla. They look almost exactly alike, though Spacegodzilla had shoulder crystals, not shoulder spikes. Nice video.
Everything about Bagan's entrance always felt so...unsettling. You've just beaten Mecha-King Ghidorah, the aliens' strongest monster at this point. Then this enormous mass of flesh (Whose textures would fit right in a DOOM game) appears out of nowhere and in one single attack reduces Tokyo to rubble, darkening the sky in the process. The lack of music just makes it more eerie.
On the one hand: I like giving Super Godzilla a starter battle. Other hand: I don't like King Ghidorah YET AGAIN getting his butt whupped and with upgrades too!
He's too easy with super godzilla, playing as regular godzilla is fun. P.S. I tried hitting Bagan with regular fire and he blocks it with his palms which nobody I seen has been able to do.
Yes! Mecha King Ghidorah is a lot more fun to fight against with regular Godzilla and yes I manage to get an atomic breath on Bagan and when he blocked it. I was mind blown.

It isn't that drastic of a change but basically, you start off as Super Godzilla during the fight with Bagan. Where as turning into Super Godzilla to fight Mecha King Ghidorah means that more than 50% of the city is destroyed, including the lab where you can power up Godzilla into Super Godzilla if you chose the fight MKG as normal Godzilla. Instead you have to survive the fight against Bagan as normal Godzilla until the Super X with the energy needed for Godzilla to transform to Super Godzilla.
In case yall didn't know y'all can beat mecha king ghidorah as godzilla but it won't be easy but if y'all want to do the same as super godzilla its cool

You CAN become Super Godzilla beforehand by keeping the damage below 50% (just get to Mecha King Ghidorah as Super Godzilla before they actually say the damage is at 50% or more) and then immediately become Super Godzilla after. The alien says something like "So, Godzilla has become Super Godzilla. He's still no match for Bagan" when you reach Bagan for the fight.
Obviously,to answer your question,when you defeat mkg as super godzilla,godzilla will turn back to his original form,and on the fight against bagan you have to wait until the super x comes to transform you into super godzilla
I feel that this was an easy fight even as regular godzilla, becuase Biolante and Batra had immunities and only certain attacks could harm them, So when I fought mecha king ghedorah for the first time, i was relieved that there were no immunities

I love Godzilla 1st roar in this, the roar that's pretty much exclusive to Godzilla vs King Kong. I love that one, they don't use it enough. *nods* Godzilla really needs to keep the emotion in his roars, in some of the newer movies ones he does the "pain" roar when not hurt. It makes me sad. -_-

I was trying to though. I made a second fight playing the Japanese version instead. I use some breath attacks there, I use at least 1 Nova Cannon.

There isn't any immunities but you have to use the first attack that pops up otherwise you'll get electricuted like me.
