    As a medicine enthusiast myself, I knew about almost all of these vitamins, antioxidants, aminoacids and herbs, only one I didn't know that much about was zinc as it is related to have more benefits in other areas. Great video, you always learn something new.

      Saw a video about a guy sucking on zinc lozenges like they were candy and he ended ruining his spinal column. It had to do with the zinc / copper balance being too out of balance.

      I take a high potency liquid mineral drops that have Zinc, copper, selenium among other things. Taste horrible but very good quality 😅

    I changed my diet at 46 due to a knee injure and in two weeks I felt the change dramaticaly. The pain went away and I started to feel very energetic. No more pain killers and no suplements ever. Fifteen years later and feel like 30.

      @@KashifJavedForex - Frozen and fresh fruit shake or OATS with fruits every morning, beef or chicken soups with lots of vegetables and salads (greek salad is my favorite), nothing else (no procesed foods). In two weeks I lost ten pounds and the pain disappered and went from 180 pounds to 155 in three months ( my natural weight).

      @@Lvatopesado I am fasting for about 2 months. My fast start before sun rise with banana, milk and dates shake mix with few figs, pistachios and almonds. I break my fast at sun set with mix fruit and dates and then eat two wheat chapatis. But I am not loosing much weight but becoming weak in muscles. so any suggestion ?

      @@KashifJavedForex - Too much sugar ( carbohydrates ) in your diet my friend. Fruits are for the morning only if you are working during the day. Avoid carbs after noon. I didn't have meats for years and never lost strength or muscle, just fat. Instead of wheat try oats. I have not fasted ever. And I eat a lot, by eating right you wont gain weight if you stay active.

    This is 100% on point. I have been consuming a lot of these vitamin for a awhile and it jus interesting to see this because it really works. ! My body is n great shape I don't have to do a lot of working out but jus being active is the key 30 min a day at least and these different types of vitamins and tricks to help keep u going!

    You should mention in your video about the possibility of consuming to much boron. It can be dangerous at certain amounts. It's a small amount which makes it worth mentioning. I believe 20 mgs is the limit for men and lower for women. Thanks! 💪mrwtby

    I find the suggestion of taking all these supplements a bit discouraging.... what would be more helpful is to state which foods to eat... eg DHEA,.. which foods ?

    Boron should be taken on two week on, one week off cycle. I read that it will raise your estrogen levels if you take it everyday.💪mrwtby

    I started the keto diet little by little and I like the results however you will loose all around size.The up side is that it will be all adipose fat. As far as rising Testosterone goes I will see the next blood test. Most doctors appear to have the mind set Your just getting old Live with it. Thank you very much for posting this info. c];-)

    Is Cistanche tubulosa any good for increasing testosterone? In theory it should increase cholesterol transport but has more benefits. Eating eggs -> cholesterol -> testosterone.

    These items may boost free T-levels, but the question is, for how long? They may boost levels for 15 or 30 minutes and then go right back down. When you're talking about building muscle mass and increasing energy levels and all the things high T-level bring to the party, 30 minutes is basically useless.

    The bad thing about everything good you mentioned has a problem, where do you buy the best one from with the most milligrams, you never know how many milligrams of the good stuff you're actually getting in the pill or capsule.
