I didn't have meats for years and never lost strength or muscle, just fat. Instead of wheat try oats. I have not fasted ever. And I eat a lot, by eating right you wont gain weight if you stay active.
This is 100% on point. I have been consuming a lot of these vitamin for a awhile and it jus interesting to see this because it really works. ! My body is n great shape I don't have to do a lot of working out but jus being active is the key 30 min a day at least and these different types of vitamins and tricks to help keep u going!
You should mention in your video about the possibility of consuming to much boron. It can be dangerous at certain amounts. It's a small amount which makes it worth mentioning. I believe 20 mgs is the limit for men and lower for women. Thanks! 💪mrwtby

These items may boost free T-levels, but the question is, for how long? They may boost levels for 15 or 30 minutes and then go right back down. When you're talking about building muscle mass and increasing energy levels and all the things high T-level bring to the party, 30 minutes is basically useless.
The bad thing about everything good you mentioned has a problem, where do you buy the best one from with the most milligrams, you never know how many milligrams of the good stuff you're actually getting in the pill or capsule.

Yes, make sure to supplement with small doses of copper with your zinc.
Take copper early in the day, and then zinc in the late afternoon/evening.
I take a high potency liquid mineral drops that have Zinc, copper, selenium among other things. Taste horrible but very good quality 😅
