In this video; I am explaining ABS module, Fiat marea ABS ECU repair in detail. The meaning of “ABS”: It is the abbreviation of the initials of Anti-lock Braking System. Anti-lock Braking System: In case of sudden braking in all kinds of conditions while driving, the “ABS” system activates and prevents the vehicle wheels from locking, providing full steering control. What does it mean when the Anti-lock Braking System “ABS” light is on? If the ABS light starts to come on in our vehicle, it means that the ABS system is disabled. In such a case, since the wheels are locked during sudden braking with our vehicle, full steering control will not be possible. The Anti-lock Braking System “ABS” light may come on in various situations. Reasons for the “ABS” light to come on: Failure of the sensors in the wheels or damage to the cables connected to the sensors. Breakage or rupture of brake pipes, decrease in brake hydraulic fluid. Malfunction of the pump on the ABS module. Malfunction of vehicle speed sensor. Malfunction of the solenoid valves on the ABS module and malfunction of the ABS module electronic control unit (ECU).
I am in this video; I show the repair of the electronic control unit (ECU) on the Anti-lock Braking System “ABS” module. Before starting the repair of the ABS ECU, I open the plastic box. It is very difficult to open the plastic box of the ABS ECU and you need to be very careful. In order to open the box, I cut the lid of the box by heating the utility knife. After I open the cover of the ABS ECU, I see the electronic circuit board. I take the electronic circuit board out of the box by unsoldering the sockets on the electronic circuit board. I start electronic repair and measurement processes by checking the solenoid valves first. I am using kaiweets KM601 digital multimeter to control solenoid valves. I measure the internal resistance of the solenoid valves with the Kaiweets KM601 multimeter. Then I check the ABS relay on the electronic circuit board. When the ABS relay is in the off position, zero ohm resistance should appear at the relay contact ends. After the relay control, I finish the electronic repair process by checking the mosfets, capacitors, diodes and integrateds on the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) circuit board.The abs ecu module I repaired in the video belongs to the fiat marea brand vehicle.Do it yoursel ABS module repair.

When I supply 12v to pin eight for ignition it becomes short, and the 12v supply voltage drops to 6v, on that side of the pcb I don't find any shorted or heated components, but I don't know if you can help me with the schematic of a ABS module series 2H0907379N because the error is that there is no plausible signal and on pin 12 and 13 (CH and CL) it doesn't give me anything, I really need help@@electronic7979
