My favorite
I love the large entry, though I'd equip it with a coat closet and a bench. Thank you for not putting the TV over the fireplace. The counter space in the kitchen is adequate, but it needs more upper cabinets. I like the pantry cabinet in the back entry. The vast master suite upstairs could easily be reconfigured into two sensible bedrooms. Overall, this is a good plan that has appeal.
Nice job. I prefer an open concept floor plan (including the kitchen). Needs a coat closet somewhere. Like the indoor firewood storage. Prefer the master BR downstairs (smallish suite with half bath downstairs for guests, 2 smaller bedrooms upstairs.

Perfect but I would like to see where the utilities reside. It would have to be a add on as a furnace, water heater and A/C would need at least 40 to 50 sq feet.
Nowadays, some houses have a heat pump for all of those functions with the unit outdoors.
Hate the retro refrigerator in the kitchen, come on who uses or chooses them anyway.WTH.
Can you please 🙏 design a two bedroom home with a bathroom for each bedroom for seniors, not upstairs laundry room?
Not enough cabinets in the kitchen. It needed a pantry. The shower downstairs was way to small.

Beautiful outside doors on this home. However, doors usually swing open. I wouldn't want a door to hit the stairs, it could swing in the other way. I'd make a breezeway from the side door to the garage. Very nice layout. That upstairs bedroom is gorgeous. Wish you'd give the size of each of these rooms.
