Wowie Zowie! I love this house! I'd probably put in patio doors in the dining room, on the garage side and have a nice patio out there. It is so Lovely!
Beautiful Craftsman exterior! I like the classic touches and layout. I like a darker toned bedroom that facilitates what the room is used for. Great kitchen- the range hood mounted microwave is a great idea for preserving counter space. My only wish list item is an ensuite bath.
Look at all those cupboards! Kitchen window.. perfect laundry, bathroom very well situated. Love one floor living adorned with perfect accessories. Well done team 😅❤🎉
👍👍👏✅💯😍 Great job 🎉 Only thing I change is to put a breeze way from kitchen door to the garage door. Then add a nice patio in front of breeze way with patio doors.
I love the entrance, the living room, the dining area, the kitchen, the door going to the garage ,the laundry area, the bathroom and love that design in the bathroom, the bedroom and the other bedroom, unique design and color a
Very, very pretty!! I could see myself living here. It just needs more storage, at least for me. A full coat closet would be better to permanently store winter coats, lighter jackets, boots and umbrellas in addition to a temporary location to hang outerwear visitors may have during inclement weather. Storage also needed for extra cleaning supplies, vacuum, toiletries, linens, blankets, holiday decorations for example. You can never have too much storage. Although, I suppose the garage could be used for some of that storage as long as it's secure and built out properly with decent temp control and safe from pests and critters, like bugs and mice. Also, is there a water heater and furnace?
This is a lovely home that could be truly wonderful if the design could be simplified. I would move the kitchen out to the side so the side wall was even with the dining room wall. Close the opening from the living room into the bedroom corridor with the kitchen moved over that corridor could line up with the front door so it would open off the dining room. That would limit noise transfer to the bedrooms from the living room. With the kitchen moved the the side, the door to rhe back garden could be on the back wall of the kitchen through a laundry/utility room. This would simplify the footings and foundations plus the wall framing. It would eliminate one inside corner, so the over all cost, evrn with the greater floor space would workout pretty much the same over all.
Perfect little house
Beautiful interior. Would love it if it was 3 bd/2 1/2 bath. I love the woodwork. Reminds me of houses I grew up in.

I love the traditional feel and coziness of this home. Not every home needs to be open concept. The built ins and window placements are beautiful.

Definitely perfection! I love the two car garage, detached, yet connected! That kitchen is a dream. Once again, you knocked it out the park ❤❤

love it, i'm not a fan of the open design, where there is no seperation between the living room ,dining, kitchen areas.

Kitchen feels isolated. I prefer an open floor plan. 1 BR only is a deal breaker for me. Can only imagine the roofing costs too!
Look again. There are 2 bedrooms! Just don't add the wall between the kitchen and dining room and the layout will be open.😊
The entrance is awkward. Cold air coming directly into the dining area.
It’s not an open concept design. Each room has 3 walls and only one or two entry/egress.
