Loved the tub in the second bathroom. Also loved the window seat in the living room.
I like this plan BUT you just can't have the roof over the bump out in the living room designed that way. I can't think of a single part of the country where that would work. It's a dam for ice, snow, leaves and water and it wouldn't take any time for it to start leaking. Easy fix though.

To much rock and wood it's more like a man cave than a single family home.
The roof "pocket" in front needs to be corrected. The window seat is a great idea, but the fireplace opening is too large. It's a rather small kitchen, and the stone backsplash is a cleaning nightmare. The secondary bedroom has an extraordinarily large walk-in closet and the master bath has a hot tub instead of a more practical tub/shower combo. This plan is not quite ready for prime time...

Unfortunately the laundry is placed in the middle of the house preventing the dryer to vent externally. Otherwise beautiful and cozy.
I love the design of the house, but that is a very good point. I have to wonder if it would seem out of place to externally add a laundry room onto one side of the house. I would really like to see how it would look with something like that.
If the master bathroom also had a shower like the one in the other bathroom, this would be perfect!!!!! But I can not find this plan on your site...

Kitchen is too small for my taste. This is not a kitchen I would want for a full-time live in. For a rental - yes - short term vacation rental

Nice 2 BR/2 BA home with a nice living room and both bedrooms. What I don’t care for is the roof break in the living room, as if the window seat was an afterthought. Don’t care for the kitchen/dining lay out which is largely cosmetic and where is the washer and dryer? Did I miss it?
I saw it in the closet as you left the kitchen, you can see it through the louvre doors.
Love the layout! I would just brighten up the inside a little more, but overall this is perfect. I could make the very comfy and cozy. Love the outdoor space too.

This kitchen was designed by someone who doesn't cook. Not nearly enough counter work space. And the tiny fridge looks like a tinkertoy.
Louver doors are not a good option. I've had them (hated them) and had to buy dust covers for everything. They don't protect the clothing, and they don't hide laundry equipment.
