Not with this pedal but there are more complex ones that you can, but I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you mean can the pedal store loops?

How do you go from recording and playing to just recording again. On my fs-6 pedal with the cube street 2 when i click and enters in play and recording at the same time it starts recording and playing at the same time after lets say 6 sec more or less. It does not give me enought time to control what im recording. I would like to just record on top without playing automatically without my controll. Any insights?

out of the 1/4 inch 'piano out' jack into the pedal, then jack to amp. Put under your foot and make some loops!!!

Can you just plug in guitar and headphones? I have a Katana MKII 50 and can’t hook one up to it like the 100 can

No, you would need to go into one of those pocket amps and plug your earphones into that.
