Great job! I'm gonna add just a bit more sauce, because the cooler that dish gets the more it's gonna tighten up,, so the sauce would make it easier to warm up without drying out and sticking.
I am making it now, and the noodles are not softening. I cranked up the temp and giving it another 30 minutes before I call it a flop. did y'all precook the pasta? it didn't seem to be the case in the video. ugh, was so looking forward to trying it
@@sindigoroygbiv5743 The pasta isn't precooked. It cooks in the liquid added to the dish. I make similar dishes to this one regularly. It always works. I never even precooked lasagne noodles. Make sure you're using the right size baking dish. Make sure oven is preheated. Make sure liquid is covering the pasta. If not, add more to cover. Make sure the dish is well sealed with foil when baking. If pasta still not cooked but there's no more liquid...add more water and reseal. Bake another 10 min. Check for doness. Repeat until pasta is done. This is an easy recipe. It shouldn't take long to bake. 😊

Looks good. My only question is why would you put those toppings in separate piles if you’re gonna stir them in anyways? It would make more sense to cut. Sprinkle each topping over the entire surface so they’re already kind of what it is before you even stirred them.

Update: Made this and used Jimmy Dean Hot sausage, it was delicious. I also put a shaker of extra Chilli flakes next to the dish for more heat. Extra heat was on point, delicious.
This would probably be good with any number of substituations. Shredded chicken or taco seasoned ground beef, Monterey jack cheese and green chilies would be good if you remove the ham & pepperoni.

Soften the cream cheese first then add milk and water. But really who cares? "It all goes to the same place". Why am I the only one who thinks that's a horrible principle of cooking? We don't want our food to look like it's already all gotten to the same place. We want it to be appetizing.
Needs to entertain the possibility that food can be better if you invest more time in its preparation. Cooking can be a great social activity. If you see everything about cooking as a chore, go do something else. I think this is an awful trend in cooking. Especially at a time in human history when it has never been as easy to obtain ingredients and prepare them in a clean modern kitchen. Not everything has to be over the top, but really? We can't even boil pre-made pasta anymore?

Here's a really good suggestion. Saute your onions and peppers before you add to any of your savory dishes it brings out so much flavor .
