AMT '40 Ford Coupe - Complete Build

I've been wanting to do a rusty barn find type build for a while and decided on this 1940 Ford Coupe. The kit went together very well with a little clean up and has a lot of performance parts left over.

Thanks so much for the comment. Doing the rusty finish is actually easier than doing a shiny finish. There are a few different techniques but really no wrong way, give it a try. 🙂

This is phenomenal Steve! really out did you self with the weathering, the multi color body panels and the removed trim with the mounting holes drilled out! LOL I know for a fact the end slate joke is true!!

I really liked it in the burnt orange before the weathering 👍 I'm doing a build and am going with TS58 Pearl Blue and a silver interior and burnt red and for the motors 👍
