Thank you 🙏🏽 I’m being sent to a blood specialist for the thick blood and whatever else he said lol he was a bit worried so he’s sending me to get things better and figured out
Excellent talk :-) I take "Nattokinase". It's great stuff. I am a computer technician and wear a "Grounding bracelet" to prevent static shocks from damaging computers and electronics. I also have one, next to my bed, which I often wear to ground myself at night. If a person cannot walk barefoot, it's a great option. eg: Right now it's snowing in my city and -10C outside... Not great weather to walk barefoot... lol
Interesting. I had clots in my lungs. I drive long distances at times. I often sit for long periods working with my laptop on my lap. And I was taking testosterone. I had a hematocrit of 56.2 when I had the pulmonary embolism. So from you I just learned that the computer on my lap is part of my problem. Is that correct? What can I do to avoid clots going forward?
Thanks for sharing your story! First, always follow your dr’s advice and treatment. Staying well hydrated, avoiding electronic devices, and “grounding” yourself will help. Grounding is when you walk barefoot on a ground floor, beach, etc. Seeing a functional medicine doctor like myself in your area will also guide you on other ways to keep you healthy.
Urgent!!! My mom is hospitalized and we found her blood is thick and couldn't able to breath properly. She is a patient of brain tumour and she is having her RT on her last week. Is this dangerous????? Can u plz suggest me something,so my mom ll feel better doctor ?
Your mom’s issues are pretty serious and complex so she needs to follow the instructions of the doctors taking care of her. Hydration is the simplest way to make your blood thinner. Hope she improves. Thanks.
I must have very thick blood. I drink lots of water(about 5l per day). Eat very natural, no caffeine or alcohol or chemicals. But i can't sit for more than an hour without getting pains in my legs and that spreads to my arms. The only solution I've found so far is a glass(not full) of wine a day, that helps me be more comfortable.
Thanks for your comment. There are other reasons for leg pain, but it is still due to inflammation. And although the glass of wine may help subjectively, it does not help objectively. Alcohol tends to make inflammation worse.
so u are uncomfortable so u drink alcohol. does that sound like a healthy idea? if u have thick blood then you need to eat a lot more onions and garlic and a plant diet and avoid alcohol, sugar and dairy. reduce your meat intake by 90% and eat a plant based diet; with raw fruit and root veggies. your breakfast shd b 50% fruit and 50% organic grains (regular grains are full of toxic glyphosate weedkiller); your lunch shd b 50% grain/starch 10% protein 40% fruit/raw veggies and your dinner shd b 60% veggies 10% protein 30% starch (rice/potatoes). WHEAT is the main cause of pains due to glyphosate toxic chemical. use potato or rice instead for a starch. I cook 5 lbs potatoes then put them in sandwich bags in fridge or freezer. so easy. cut potatoes into small wedges season with onion powder garlic powder bbq pwdr no salt then bake. delicious! i have chopped onions with every lunch n dinner/ delicious!
I need help. My blood is thick. Age 56. I do not smoke. I will start walking barefoot. I am taking K2. I am also taking cinnamon. Been on multi vitamins and supplements for 35 yrs. I was also told to give blood but they will not take it because it's to thick.
Hey doc. My family gp has said for years my blood count / thickness is ridiculously high, however I don’t have the count number on me. Would you recommend donating blood or getting blood cupping done ? It’s starting affect my body and specifically my one leg. Thanks
Well anything that happens to one leg and not the other, should be checked by a doctor. Donating blood is good but not too often and I am not familiar with cupping. Thanks.
My advice to my men patients is to donate blood every 9 months to a year and stay well hydrated. And definitely don’t smoke- that thickens your blood greatly. Don’t be scared!
the dr told to do something about it ASAP but dint prescribe me blood thinners.he said to eat garlic exercise and watch my diet.in how long will garlic thin my blood??
Aspirin does thin blood but you should take it under the direction of a doctor. I always have patients take fish oil xyngeniumnx.com/product/omeganx-240sg/ and drink plenty of water to keep their blood naturally thinner. Thanks
Thanks for your question. I would say no since flax seeds are a great source of fiber and therefore would detoxify the body. Anything that detoxifies the body would not thicken blood.
@@DrAltersCompleteWellness I actually eat none of these and my numbers are increasing and I'm quite concerned about the medication that I am be prescribed... Thanks for your question. There is a concept known as EMF (Electronic Magnetic Field). This is emitted from all electronic devices and wires. This adversely affects our cell membranes since they have their own electrical gradients. This is why walking barefoot on a ground floor or the beach (except during the COVID-crisis) is so important. It mitigates the effects of EMF by grounding. It is difficult to explain fully here. I will at some point have a follow up video to this concept. For now key words in your searches on this topic are EMF and grounding. Thanks, Madame Tia and stay safe!
Hello not directly. Thick blood usually means inflammation and it is a factor in high blood pressure. High blood pressure has to do with adrenaline production, mineral deficiencies and toxins.
I m taking blood pressure medicine from last 3 years my age 31 , I'm taking Extor 5/160 Amlodipine +valsartan ... Some one told me your blood pressure due to thick blood ,so I use 1 week ascard , aspirin than feel so so relax . @@informativeking7999 please follow the advice of your doctor on the aspirin. I think all patients with heart (cardiac issues) should be on fish oil. God bless you too and hope it works out for you
Hi Bear Daisy, the electromagnetic fields (EMF) affect our cells. So the cells have electrical activity affected by EMF. Grounding helps this. Examples of grounding are walking bare foot on a first story floor. There are others you can find online- thanks!

Great work with grounding...you can walk barefoot in your house if it is one story- thanks for your comment, DStray Cat!
Nattokinase and vitamin K2 helped thin my blood.
Blood is iron based and therefore subjected to EMF.
Hi, which grounding bracelet did you use? I would love to know as there are plenty of products that do not deliver on their promise. Thanks!
thank you so much, how you have explained and give us some tips. 1 relex, 2 barefoot walk, fishoil

Yes! I always tell patients to start with gluten, dairy, corn, soy, and peanut! Thanks for your question.
