    Excellent talk :-) I take "Nattokinase". It's great stuff. I am a computer technician and wear a "Grounding bracelet" to prevent static shocks from damaging computers and electronics. I also have one, next to my bed, which I often wear to ground myself at night. If a person cannot walk barefoot, it's a great option. eg: Right now it's snowing in my city and -10C outside... Not great weather to walk barefoot... lol

    Interesting. I had clots in my lungs. I drive long distances at times. I often sit for long periods working with my laptop on my lap. And I was taking testosterone. I had a hematocrit of 56.2 when I had the pulmonary embolism. So from you I just learned that the computer on my lap is part of my problem. Is that correct? What can I do to avoid clots going forward?

      Thanks for sharing your story! First, always follow your dr’s advice and treatment. Staying well hydrated, avoiding electronic devices, and “grounding” yourself will help. Grounding is when you walk barefoot on a ground floor, beach, etc. Seeing a functional medicine doctor like myself in your area will also guide you on other ways to keep you healthy.

    I must have very thick blood. I drink lots of water(about 5l per day). Eat very natural, no caffeine or alcohol or chemicals. But i can't sit for more than an hour without getting pains in my legs and that spreads to my arms. The only solution I've found so far is a glass(not full) of wine a day, that helps me be more comfortable.

    • @DrAltersCompleteWellness
      @DrAltersCompleteWellness  3 года назад +1

      Thanks for your comment. There are other reasons for leg pain, but it is still due to inflammation. And although the glass of wine may help subjectively, it does not help objectively. Alcohol tends to make inflammation worse.

      so u are uncomfortable so u drink alcohol. does that sound like a healthy idea? if u have thick blood then you need to eat a lot more onions and garlic and a plant diet and avoid alcohol, sugar and dairy. reduce your meat intake by 90% and eat a plant based diet; with raw fruit and root veggies. your breakfast shd b 50% fruit and 50% organic grains (regular grains are full of toxic glyphosate weedkiller); your lunch shd b 50% grain/starch 10% protein 40% fruit/raw veggies and your dinner shd b 60% veggies 10% protein 30% starch (rice/potatoes). WHEAT is the main cause of pains due to glyphosate toxic chemical. use potato or rice instead for a starch. I cook 5 lbs potatoes then put them in sandwich bags in fridge or freezer. so easy. cut potatoes into small wedges season with onion powder garlic powder bbq pwdr no salt then bake. delicious! i have chopped onions with every lunch n dinner/ delicious!

    Explain WHY electronics thicken the blood!

    • @DrAltersCompleteWellness
      @DrAltersCompleteWellness  4 года назад +4

      Thanks for your question. There is a concept known as EMF (Electronic Magnetic Field). This is emitted from all electronic devices and wires. This adversely affects our cell membranes since they have their own electrical gradients. This is why walking barefoot on a ground floor or the beach (except during the COVID-crisis) is so important. It mitigates the effects of EMF by grounding. It is difficult to explain fully here. I will at some point have a follow up video to this concept. For now key words in your searches on this topic are EMF and grounding. Thanks, Madame Tia and stay safe!

    • @DrAltersCompleteWellness

      Hello not directly. Thick blood usually means inflammation and it is a factor in high blood pressure. High blood pressure has to do with adrenaline production, mineral deficiencies and toxins.

      Hi Bear Daisy, the electromagnetic fields (EMF) affect our cells. So the cells have electrical activity affected by EMF. Grounding helps this. Examples of grounding are walking bare foot on a first story floor. There are others you can find online- thanks!
