I am working on reducing the swelling in my legs, ankles and feet. After just one day I noticed such a big improvement. This morning was day two and i was shocked with more positive results. Your exercise program is easy and can be done while you are doing other activities on and off throughout the day. Thank you for the easy to understand instructions. Bob, you and your new on screen buddy are great. Mike, you are getting more comfort in front of the camera. Glad you have joined the team. Brad, you are greatly missed. I even was able to do some of your exercises while sitting!! My legs already feel 50% relieved! I get leg cramps and restless leg syndrome. I'm 33 but dealing with things that people much older than me would typically deal with because I have cerebral palsy and it causes accelerated wear and tear such as bunions, sciatica and varicose veins. Thank you so much for this video as I have just started getting painful swelling in my feet and legs over the past week, i tried these exercises and the swelling was greatly reduced very quickly.
Hi I really like your videos and have watched them for years but now have some constructive feedback. The fast zooming in and changing camera angles in the first minutes is distracting and unpleasant!
It's childish and nothing is worse than trying to be cool. They are obviously trying to beat the algorithm but is it more important than the content? ....
The Stairs is so easy. Just using the bottom two or three steps makes a difference with two arm rails! THANKS, Brad and Mike! In addition to the exercises you show, I do another one in the basement. I am blessed with a metal pole in the semi-finished basement that has WOOD all around it, making it "square". I put a stretch band behind it, bring my arms up above my head and back up to the pole. Then I squat and lean back against the pole with my whole back and neck (can't do it well but try), while supporting myself by pulling on the stretch band against the back of the pole and squatting. You don't tie the band, just bring it against the back of the pole and then pull in each end towards the front using each arm. It's great for increasing the quads and fairly comfortable.
I love your videos! Please note that the quick zooms in and out are painful to people with dizziness, vertigo, and motion sickness issues. I'm currently having issues with air pressure headaches, and this video made me dizzy. Those random zooms and swings aren't really needed, are they?

I've been in and out of shape since the age of 9. I'm back to out of shape at 77, how my walking is affected now is terrible. So I have to start doing stretches. Thanks for your years of experience to help me out. don't do stretches

I wear the socks and still have ankle swelling. Doctor is sending me for leg scans. I did these exercises along with you and legs felt better. Thanks! I’ll do these regularly now.
I'm sure there has to be other colors too for compression socks, but the only ones I can find locally are either black, white or tan. I've seen some online that have a mix of sporty colors. SIzes at commercial stores are usually in large, medium or small. If you need a different size, you might need a prescription for custom size compression socks.

Hi, I'm from Indonesia. Three weeks ago, my feet suddenly hurt when standing. It feels very stiff. I can only stand for 2-3 minutes. Walking is a bit heavy but still manageable and not as painful as standing. I will try exercises like in this video. Hopefully, it can help. Thank you for the video. Regards.

I recently learned that spinach and dark green leafy vegetables have nitrates in them which help dilate the blood vessels and improve circulation. So along with your bacon and eggs breakfast that have all the fats and proteins that clog the arteries, eat a big serving of spinach to counteract that clogging.

I’ve been sitting crossed leg since I was very young! It’s a habit I’m working on cause I’m feeling a burning in my feet! It’s the hip area too ! I have some pain in hips when I’m driving in a car all day! So what do you think I should be doing???
Hi, I'm new, but I'm 62 and can really use this, thanks. But may I have a clarification. And one point you are both doing squats. Mike keeps his feet flat on the floor. But Bob(?)Brad(?), lifts his heels on every squat as he goes down. Does this make a difference? Is one style more recommended over the other? Thank you.
@@BobandBrad Saw surgeon he said damaged nerve after EMG nerve test. Just wondering if it could be both? Are there any test to confirm. I know I saw a video about doing heart rate at ankle and wrist and if they are similar then blood flow is probably good? Can you guys confirm this is accurate or is there another way to tell about blood flow in legs?
Numbness & tingly, cold hands & feet, muscle cramping - more than normal - if you have concerns please consult your doctor. I have also added this to our to do list and hopefully we can get a video out on it in the near future!

How do you know if you are not getting blood to your feet and legs or is it a bad nerve from disc back injury?
If you don't see improvement in a week, we suggest you see your doctor for a thorough examination

They can help with them but curing the dead veins is not something that these will help.
