  • If your local dealer or trusted mechanic can't find the time to perform the first service on your motorcycle, your options are let the bike sit and miss out on all the good riding days, or do it yourself.
Here's how to do it yourself, explained plainly, for those who aren't familiar with doing an oil change on anything before. If you find this information basic, it wasn't meant to condescend, it was just meant to inform someone else with less experience than you.
Also I propose a theory as to the origin of oil.

This was helpful and informative, without any nonsense. Thank you. Good luck with the ever elusive washer …

Jack, loved the way you went slow & sure-for all the "newbs" out there watching the proper way to do an oil change, coolant check and a brake inspection for BOTH the vulcan S & the 450 bikes. Im an auto mechanic and 1st time bike owner-I approve this process 100% Doug 🏍️

Nice clear vid, thanks. Better to have the oil warm before changing, ensures more of the oil flows out.

Hi thanks for that video I’ve done plenty of oil changes in my life but for someone just starting well done it was well explained, also I’ve just got myself the eliminator decided to change from big heavy bikes as you get older it gets harder moving stuff around so eliminator much lighter love it and yes the big num thing on the rear end sounds crap and looks like it was something they had left from a tractor so that’s got to go to,Anyway all the best from the uk 🇬🇧 keep doing the mods 👍

I just published my video where I replaced the bulky tractor muffler on the Eliminator. It made quite the difference in sound!

Been looking at cruisers lately, and those two bikes are on my radar. Wish all bikes had center stands for service.
