I have always loved this home. The sunroom and garden are amazing, What a sweet , cozy space. And cue the deer! haha I think the wood mirror on the side wall would look great over the mantel piece at the foot of the bed ... painted and distressed to match it.

Such a small little house, but Sandy has made it feel so cozy and sweet! I bet it's an absolute joy to live there! I love what she has done with the outdoor living spaces as well!

Love the hutch in the dining room. Did you bleach it or bought it like that? Beautiful home!
Thank you so much! It was painted white when I bought it and it was very chippy. It's a 2 piece cabinet. I carefully stripped all the paint off and then bleached it. I love it so much better this way.
I taught Interior Design and wrote curriculum for ten years. Sandy has an amazing talent, but the rooms are extremely over stuffed. I love the vintage look in place of looking like it was decorated in "Hobby Lobby". She has a great collection.
Thank you so much for your wonderful comments. I’ll never be a minimalist so I realize my “overstuffed” look isn’t for everyone but it makes me happy. I do my best to edit but I like the cottage look with having lots of things around me.That way I get to enjoy them.
I also wanted to add to this…raise the curtains to ceiling height in your bedroom and it will make your room look much taller and more open. Love your style and your amazing antique finds!! ❤

Is your deck area or sunroom closed in from the weather?
Hi, It's a covered deck with skylights. It isn't enclosed but it could be at a later time. I collected some antique doors and had my husband attach them to the deck. It does provide some protection from the elements.
