This decor is reminiscent of the shabby chic of the 90’s which morphed into rustic farmhouse. Both styles are cozy and easy to achieve without spending a fortune. The mirrors really do expand the space 👍🏻. Love the clock face collection and how she displayed is so creative. Nice that her husband gets into the decorating along with her ❤

Sounds like you know where the honey holes in Sarasota are, lol, my sister lives by the UTC and I used to live in SRQ, but haven't really thrifted around there in years. Have you visited any of the Scavenger's Marketplace shops? Your home is very well curated and you have such an eye for beauty (and sounds like your DH is a real gem!!!). My favorite out of all your cool decor ideas is the car creeper sign!! Tfs! Laura
Thank you so very much. I have not heard of the scavengers marketplace shops I will have to look into that. Thank you for the tip. Most of my thrift in is done on Facebook marketplace or Goodwill. There is a fabulous goodwill bookstore in sarasota too.

...Really pretty in various ways. I love Mirrors, old windows, many of the things in her home, I also use in my home. I even have a similar table to the one that she said that someone was putting out to the trash I've had it for about a year. I haven't painted it yet but I'm going to, its on my " to-do list" lol. I like how she's put a lot of her vignettes together ..... just wondering...I don't know if all that Decor was hiding a beautiful fireplace or what (?) in her living room but I certainly wouldn't be hiding that fireplace if there is one . She certainly does have a spectacular view .... and I understand about that ....I am " all about the view " , I like to have a view!
Thank you for sharing your home , so much of it feels like my own home, .. with all the books, and I believe I have the same book as the one you showed on your Coffee Table ( whats the odds ??!)
.....All of my main pieces of furniture are shades of white, cream, off white ... but I like colour, so I have a lot of coluor in my home ... in my rugs , my pillows , and a few painted pieces .( I have a beautiful hand-painted console piece with mirror , everyone comments on) but a lot of the elements , I felt like I was looking at my own home, lol. Even the Coffe Table , I have an almost similar one that someone had made , except it has Cubbies all along the bottom area and so I use that in my entryway as a seating bench and I actually store things in the little Cubbies on the bottom like outdoor shoes , my tool bag , etc.

Thank you so much. I do agree with you, it is a bit crowded. We had a mini twister take away one of our rooms outback our lanai we lost the roof and half of our pool cage. I can’t wait for it to be rebuilt so I can move the furniture back outside( under roof) 😊
