The Good: I think this is the best Windblade figure ever, and I'm someone who likes the original and "RID15" versions. The Bad: I wish "Cyberverse" Chromia and Shadow Striker were as show accurate as this was. The Great: This review.

I'm pretty all right with the nosecone and leg convert steps being reused a lot - Classics Cyclonus did it so damn good and made his ship mode so sleek that I'm okay with seeing it reused on all the other jets.
I love that you actually put her in perspective of the greater Cyberverse Deluxe line. I feel like a lot of people skipped on them and it’s nice to see her uniting with her homies
Yeah, for some head scratching reason back in Cyberverse hybe, Hasbro just didn't do Deluxe Windblade. Hell, they didn't do Shadow Striker as Deluxe yet she was quite prominent in whole show run. Good chunk of characters that were prominenty in CV cartoon didn't get good Deluxe toy which is crime from Hasbro which they are now trying compensate by releasing CV characters in Legacy. Ironically while Legacy Evo Bludgeon is meant to be IDW rebooted comic Bludgeon, he strikes more as Cyberverse Bludgeon.
I missed out on the Titans Return Windblade (and her chunky proportions left me indecisive) but I like that this is a Windblade toy that irons out most of the wrinkles that her design tends to have. She has her actual colors, not a black chestplate! She has feet she can actually stand on! This toy remembers her comb can be used as a fan! It's a shame her sword doesn't have a normal blade (or a sheath, like her original), and I'm *still* begging Hasbro for a Windblade with a Saren Stone-style face (even if this one looks pretty great). But yeah, I'm happy with this Windblade. And with the Bunnyvangelus code I can even get the Reprolabels so she can have her weird "nosecone-face" colors like in the Saren Stone comics! Also: At 8:16, Windblade is now a cone-head! XD Thanks for the great review, Vangelus!
I got into Transformers comics whern the Windblade Generations toys had gotten already way overpriced and also appreciated Cyberverse so I waited years for this one. I could do without the waffling in the wings and I too would have liked an alternative storage for the sword in jet mode but for the rest I'm loving this figure.
I think, out of all the Cyberverse Legacy characters, of which there are currently 2 I think(?), this Windblade does the job best. Great proportions, fun posing and accessories, and the jet mode is pretty swish. Lots of fun posing her on my shelf with Shadow-Striker and the others. I find myself mostly posing her with Bludgeon though and for the life of me I can't fathom why lol

This is a wonderful figure. My only minor disappointment is that it will likely be retooled into Slipstream when she deserves her own mold that is a voyager and doesn’t cheat the nosecone chest. IMO anyway
There are 3rd party storm fall swords available right now. I got twin litte people swords with a slight transition paint on the blade for my copy, and it looks os good.

This wave just started hitting my local Targets, coincidentally when they have a 30% off sale on all TF toys. Unfortunately, while I like this figure a lot I'm having a lot of trouble getting it to stand. Something about the heels is confusing me I think.
Really let down with this one, it's probably the most solidly articulated figure of her yet but it's just a terrible likeness to CV, the search for the ideal Windblade continues. I'd love to see one that uses Saren Stone's art as reference.

You had the shoulder pads miss transformed they can pop up and then they go back down for vehicle mode

It took them like a decade but I am so happy to finally have a solid deluxe Windblade toy at mass market retail.

This figure is great, but I still dream of a Windblade that doesn't have her entire robot torso just hanging out unchanged on the bottom of the plane.
I always stand in solidarity with those that suffer from Explosive Nisecone-to-Cockpit Compression. It can be a real hell if done wrong.

Think there's an upgrade kit to cover the mushroom peg turbunes? Would keep them secure and is it wise to crazy glue the fan at the back of the head?
the fan attaches so securely to the head on my copy I can't imagine why one would want to glue that in place

I have both. Legends is good to display while United is great for play.
