I can’t be the only person that thinks this is absolutely outrageous that you have to remove the AC compressor, exhaust, and rear mount just to take off a fucking oil pan

It’s how all the new Hondas are completely outrageous for sure!

actually very easy. I charge "by the bolt" HEY name something you think is easy. No toyota sumps don't count .. Detroit iron is made to fail so maybe a ford escort with its checkerboard patterns. Hard oil pan is a 1987 Porsche 911 turbo< that is a job

You also need to remove the two 17mm bolts that holds the black bracket that is where the rear motor mount is at to remove to get access to one of the 10mm on the oil pan. You only have to do this if your oil pan was not destroyed like this. Ac compressor does not have to come off or does the downpipe. Overall really easy to do for my first time.

You should show how to change the oil pump. This looks very doable. I am planning to change my oil pump. I'm pretty sure it's failing as engine is valves are making ticking and clattering sounds while oil is full and the low oil randomly blinks really quickly on and off.

Hi, a small piece of the dipstick broke off and fell into the tube about 1 inch to half inch piece. My question is should I remove the oil pan to retrieve it or is there a screen on the pick up tube that will prevent it from passing, can you please help thank you. It’s on my sons 2018 1.5 turbo Honda Civic.

Put 2 nuts on it and use your ratchet to tighten it down

You don't want so much gasket sealer that it can squeeze into the engine ,break off and plug up something.
