my version of hard mode is wear no gear except weapon and a skimpy panty on my male arisen playing trickster with a thief main pawn and no other pawns XD if i make one mistake on anything i get k'd the f out XD group of goblins are my worst enemies if i don't pay attention that and armoured cyclops they hit like a truck when you got no armor on.
only way to make the game more diff is to up the damage you can get when hit , though it become's moot when you reach level 50 an beyond as you spam health potion's
You only need to spam health potions if you let yourself get hit and have no Pawn to heal you. Besides that this mod seems to keep most of all the physics intact, Something that was apparently lacking in the first game when using these sorts of modifiers.
