Desert Descent- Just don't fall

9% grade for 0ver 10 miles. Smooth pavement, no cars, no reflectors. From 6k ft to sea level. This video only shows the upper middle section which is 5 miles. I hitch hiked up, no water, food, phone- Nothing. Nobody to rely on to help. It may not show for decades, but you prove there is nothing that you need more than your own motivation, that is what feels best. You proved you could do it to yourself, and it was an epic ride. If I needed to wait to rely on others, I would miss out. Nobody is going to keep up with me, they've tried, but everyone always gets hurt. This is something I started doing alone, got thousands of people involved, now it's just like in the beginning- Just me with the devil on one side, an angel on the other.
