Drascombe Coaster 'Oa Lis' 2024 Sailing Round the Isle of Mull plus some detours - PART 1

First installment of a three week cruise around the West Coast of Scotland in Drascombe Coaster 'Oa Lis' done in the summer of 2024. This video takes us from the start at Dunstaffnage, round the west coast of Mull and then a 'detour' around Ardnamurchan to the anchorage at Gortenfern.
Check out the next installment(s) (coming soon). These will cover further 'detours' to Lochailort, Arisaig, Skye, Soay, the Small Isles as well as the return to Dunstaffnage via the Sound of Mull, completing the circumnavigation.

I really enjoyed this video, I’d love to do this, and ae admired drascombes for a long time. Can you launch single handed ok?

Yes, you can launch and recover singlehanded. It takes a bit of planning and you need a decent slipway with car access. I've got some footage of doing a recovery under very benign conditions in Chichester somewhere ... I'll post it up once I've finished part three :)
