Most clubs will be careful as moves from dutch league are unproven for top clubs. As a Spurs fan, Vincent Janssen was brought from Feyenoord/PSV who was top goal scorer in the league , and was a bust.Usually need an intermediate move to 5 top leagues before. But some premier league clubs like West Ham, Crystal palace might take a gamble. No one else will gamble 50m on him. Just rumours.
Janssen had a freak season. Scoring 26 goals from jan - may. He was a risk. As for others, I agree another move would be better first.
That depends on the players, not on the league. How about Van Persie, Van Nistelrooy, De Jong etc
