We need to play with two strikers, we need Santi and Raul just because we need someone that can feed Santi the ball and can take the PK’s. Santi is the clear #1, but he needs help. As much as I love Santi, he is still growing and we cannot expect him to carry the national team by himself…..

We cannot expect anything from Santi if he doesn’t get the ball. Simple as that. Luis Romo couldn’t complete a pass and Antuna can’t give service or is a threat all he’s does is run to the corner flag. Alexis Vega was non existent.
Also Héctor Herrera needs to hang the boots and start adding some young talent to our national team.

Issue is not many service. When your best providers for the national team are Antuna and Charley Rodriguez. Theres an issue.

Santi can handle pressure.... he played for Cruz Azul.... He played in the Copa Oro, He's in Europe... we lack in giving him passes for goal...
i just dont see anything special in santi, hes playing in a league where anyone(including jozy freaking altidore) dominated...everytime he has played for Mexico its a stinker...bad touch, no vision, bad dribbling, bad finishing, etc...honestly saw more from chino huerta in 30 minutes than have ever seen with Santi.
Their midfield is so so bad
