Jack Black’s performance was amazing in this movie
Can’t believe this movie came out in 2005. One of the longest but one of the best movies I’ve seen growing up. This is before iron man too
I find it hard to believe there was only 3 years between this movie and Iron Man
1:40 I love how Kong has that intense death stare with Jack. As if he’s saying “You…now you’re gonna get it!”
Jack Black was really outstanding in his role in this movie
School of Rock will always be his masterpiece.
Что велекопного?
Fun fact: legendary Kong is the first Kong that is not taken to New York
I believe there's a ton of Kong spin-offs that don't involve New York. Legendary is just the most popular one.
Menos mal porque termina muerto😢
2:02 Now you're John Hammond.
Can you imagine if Carl Denham brought other animals besides Kong, back to New York with him? The whole city would be in chaos.
Big cockroaches destroyed the city
Uhh yeah! Imagine if he brought some of those scary natives, the raptors, and the bugs lmfao 😂
Like it is now .
That why they needed Ann and jack to bring king Kong outside for east transport. If they stupid bother enough trying to get the others which the weight alone they would of sink and lack of anymore of the sleeping bottle.
I'd like to know how they kept him subdued aboard the ship. And how they got him on there.
I cried just because of the love between them. Ann wouldn't have survived the island without Kong, and that adds to her heartbreak. As soon as he sensed she was near, the fight just left him, and he became gentle. Is it weird that I want a love like that?
No. It's not weird at all. There is a woman that I love that way.
@timothybordelon5638 I have a good feeling about this year. Gonna have an interview tomorrow at Logans Roadhouse for the grill cook position, and if I get the job, I'll be freed up in a lot of different ways with more options.
@@Bryan-ip1gfdid you get the job?
@adarshmishra9685 I'm working as a temp at Virco :) it's a simple manufacturing job with 10-12 hr shifts. But I did meet the new manager at Logans this last Sunday night and we hit it off 😀
We need King Kong at the premiere of every Hollywood movie!
Why?
@@behindmyblueeyes99 He'd redecorate it.
A lot of women in New York look exactly like Ann. But 3:46 (Naomi Watts) is the one and only!
Wow 😍 niiice An Ann army 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
I never notice how kong ignore Carl
This is the Kong we needed in End Game
I always cry at the end, Jack and Ann just wanted to get him back to the jungle but because of greedy Carl he died
Don’t be upset. Would you cry if they tried to rescue one of those worms or lizards from the jungle? They’re just animals. And animals are there for either our food, amusement or money. Or a combination of those. We have evolved to dominate this world and all that lives on it. It’s just nature.
@@dentheman1797a worm is not the same as a gorilla. Do you know how much dna we share with gorillas? The audience feels bad for Kong because of how human he is. No animal or insect should be tortured, ever
@@dentheman1797 Your gluttinous, self-serving, self-destructive, predatory personal ideology is not "just nature". No surprise that the world is dying because so many coddled suburbanites are comfortable believing such evil banality.
The bright side is, that Carl will have to pay for all the damage King Kong caused in the city. After all, bringing that giant gorilla to the city was his idea and he is very much responsible for keeping Kong under control which he couldn't. It's possible that he'll be going broke and wind up being poor and homeless in the end.
King Kong is yet another celebrity who hates the paparazzi
Adrian Brody always seems like he's in 3D
Bruh lmao
[6:52] This love meeting is right up to tears.
The greatest movie of all time🙌

😂😂😂😂😂
Would say "The Godfather Part II" holds that title.
But this is my personal favorite film.
Glad i'm not alone there.😁😁😁
King Kong is a beautiful gorilla.
Kong was lucky enough to stop in the right same street where Anne was walking. 🦍
pretty sure jack led kong to her since he was watching kong pick up women that looked like ann
@@DrMcMario😊😊😊
I never realized the 'Universal Pictures' sign in 3:16 .
Cool easter egg
This movie really is good
When kong escapes the theater I kept thinking about skull island and the dinosaurs
King Kong can break free and he is on a rampage.
Best movie ever
19502
In this version and also the one from -76 with Jeff Bridges and Jessica Lange ”Kongs bride ” develops some kind of feelings and sympathy for him while Fay Wray in the -33 version just screams her head off in every scene with Kong😊
Yeah the relationship in the '33 movie was p one sided, the 76 one was kinda creepy- only this one feels genuine.
An interesting look and insight into how 'the other' is seen and treated in culture throughout the decades.
All time greatest movie ❤❤❤❤
So many scenes are reminiscent of the original.
Denham could easily bring godzilla to new york for the show
Godzilla? No. He'll stomp un Carl & atomic breath his rampage across New York. Godzilla can get into new York by himself. Kong un the other hand, needs no problem.
People were nuts in the 1930s weren't they? Lol
6:39 And lo, the beast looked upon the face of beauty.
8:03 And beauty stayed his hand.
8:24 And from that day forward,
8:27 …he was as one dead.
o
ok

Best ending scene ever battle in New York
2:05 “Now you’re John Hammond…”
I like to think that the T. rex running rampant in San Diego was a reference to King Kong

Have to admit-- cried and cried when Kong was being inundated with bullets atop the Empire State Building.

Tuy nà quái vật nhưng vẫn thích cô gái ấy bát từng cô gái sem có qải cô ấy không ❤❤❤❤😂😢😢😂😢😢😢
I prefer the original, stop motion, Kong (1933) with Willis O'Brien's effects. This Kong is violent, but inhuman. His Kong, though violent, is understandable; they wrenched him out of his world, where he was king, and threw him into a cold, mechanized world where he was an alien, a monster. And the movements and expressions of the puppet conveyed that angst, that isolation, that sadness even. And in portraying Kong in this way, the creators of the 1933 film, I think, sought to make a comment on the alienation of humans in an industrialized world.
What is he doing?
❤❤❤❤😍😍😍👈👈🤗💙
He monke
Auxayck
It must have been strange for those who watched the film at the Grand Rex in Paris at the time, to see Kong destroy their theater 😅
Anyone wanna take a shot at the legal ramifications of this catastrophe?
About 8 quid.

Yes it does, but the human green screen doesnt
The CGI looks great
The story is so amazing that you don't even begin to question the CGI.

I have Kong tattooed on my arm with Planes flying around him and on the other arm I have Ann so when I put my arms together they're looking at eachother
That amazing
Why is he chasing jack?
Because he took Anne from him back on the island
