I absolutely adore the subgenre of terraria vids where a bunch of friends just play and laugh, and knowing that the dev team itself does the same exact thing as pretty much all of us brings a huge smile to my face
While most companies keep developing their games for fame and money, relogic just want to have fun with their own game and see us enjoy it ourselves

Chippy you probably don't remember this because it was a while ago (and also on a different account lol), but I have now made a video essay on the accessibility suggestions forum I mentioned before. Red himself has seen the paper I wrote and shared it with the team. I don't care how it happens and I don't care if I get 0 credit or mention, but it would be amazing if you could use your platform in some capacity to get the good word out about the importance of accessibility. I'm really passionate about this but I have like no presence on any platform and it's really really hard to get people to engage with this topic. Thank you :)

1 thing I noticed was a whip in his hotbar called "Star Crash" and I'm thinking it's a Meteroite whip. Also noticed the Shimmer water gun in James' inventory

Homstedly, I think that accessory looks more like a respite for the jellyfish necklace, unless it's one step ahead that wouldn't make alot of sense, because the necklace already has an upgrade path into the arctic diving gear.
@@dragonwrath582some accessories have upgrades that prevent the main ones, like Fairy Boots or the Magnet Flower

Idea for a dead cells seed: lose all items on death, but crafting, buying, looting or otherwise obtaining a weapon/tool for the first time allows it to be dropped by enemies or found in chests randomly

some of my observations:
1:56 does the rainbow boulder deal no damage?
7:32 the new mushroom minion in action, it appears to create aoe bursts occasionally
7:47 new king slime music confirmed, let's gooo!
10:46 you are holding a new whip, from it's design it seems like a meteorite weapon
the whip seems to resemble a hellstone weapon, in no way does the sprite look related to meteorite
@@rz6162how? it literally has the same color scheme as meteorite weapons, take a closer look and you can see that the handle is blue with a few small futuristic lights/accents just like the space gun. Also I don't think it would make much sense for it to be a hellstone weapon since you will get the firecracker shortly after, why have 2 almost indentical weapons so close in progression? If it's made from meteorite then it wolud be a good transition from snapthorn to spinal tap

@@CreativelyJake it's the killing deck from dead cells, as part of the crossover. judging by the lack of ammo and the way it's fired, I'd assume it's mage.

I'm genuinely so jelly of this. I don't think there's anything I'd rather do in a video game than play with some of the most wholesome and caring developers of our generation.
What i love about Terraria is that it feels like the devs, testers and players are all on the same level. They all play Terraria, everyone has fun with it and the devs always know what's great for the game
Relogic is just the best dev studio out there xD just a bunch of friends chilling and playing terraria to test the update

I hope we're getting heat-seeking boulders. Not only should they track the nearest player, but also roll towards them for a time after landing.
Re logic is such an amazing team, they pay attention to the community and they have created such a good game that we all love so much!

@@Aiwefall ive played terraria for 1000s of hours :/ (on my switch, and now I'm playing on PC) just cause I do Minecraft videos doesnt mean I dont love Terraria. I'm just a technical person and Minecraft is better in that section (commands). if you hate Minecraft thats fine, again just cause I like Minecraft doesnt mean I dont like terraria. all that matters is that they are both amazing games, in fact id say I know more about terraria than MC.
